They were amazing, so informative and answered my million questions. Pick up and drop off were seamless, they communicate the entire time and give you written updates and pictures along the way and there is a gps you can follow. The dog I had shipped had diarrhea the entire way (not because of their fault) and they were nothing but caring and stopping to bathe him each time. They are completely awesome, definitely recommend!

Beyond satisfied, it was exceptional service. Lori drove from northern New England to Florida through horrid road conditions; snow, ice and even near Florida she had to deal with heavy rain. Jeffrey quoted a competitive (but not the lowest rock bottom) price for a slightly complicated job of trailering a 7000 Lb 25 foot boat from SC in the middle of winter, 3000 miles east to the Pacific Northwest. He found a hard working reliable contractor with dually pickup truck and two drivers who went the extra mile to install protective material on the boat windows against road rocks, and bought extra rear boat straps and an extra matching trailer spare tire for safe passage. Richard is a road warrior. He trudged from Iowa to Vancouver Washington through some very tough winter weather. He took great care of Sloane. You could tell he really cared about her well being. Richards’s wife kept us apprised of their progress several times per day with photos. You could tell from the photos she was being well cared for. It was relieving to know she was doing well on the trip. I would work with them again if the need arose, and would wholeheartedly recommend him.
