Recently, we saw a little angel named Jean on a euthanasia list at DAS animal services in Dallas Texas I believe. She was going to be Euthanized just because the shelter needed space , and not through any fault of her own. Rick Matta The owner specifically, was very kind and accommodating with our needs for the transportation. He made sure there was a open consistent line of communication between his company the shelter and jeans new family. He also had mentioned that he helps take ADSM to there service stations, Wich I found to be kind and humble as well. We agreed to an affordable price Wich was wonderful for me on such short notice , cause this was definitely a last minute expense and attempt to save this girls life. Putting your trust in strangers to handle a situation like this , your new fur baby , whom some of us may consider as there own children , and your money is difficult. However , Ricks attitude, consistency and dedication towards the entire situation , eased my concerns. He not only saved the heart beat of my new little puppy girl Jean now known as Josie . He added to our family. I wasn't sure it would be possible to save her life we ran into a lot of road blocks , because of the shelter, but he was always there to listen and guide me threw it. Josie arrived here earlier then expected. I would highly recommend mtp transportation to family and friends and would love to utilize them in the future. I think what they do for our service members , forgotten animals and I'm sure more should be acknowledged. If you have never done this process before Rick will walk you through it. Dishonest! Before I review I have screenshots as proof of everything I say. I am friends with the home our puppies went to so I've been in constant contact with them as well I was told pick up Fri Jan 31. It changed multiple times. First it was weather (ok, we can't control that). Then their RV broke down (again cannot control that). Then they got stuck in AZ with I10 closed. I googled and verified it was a scheduled closure- any gps would have diverted. It was closed fri-mon and this was a Saturday. Our small puppies were picked up 6am Sunday. I verified they'd arrive in MD in 48 hrs. I text later in day to confirm they would arrive Tues (48 hrs). The new home advised me they were being told wed. Again they confirmed 48hrs. Then the new home was told wed/Thur so I text David. His response was "we lost 1.5 days when arav broke down" I said that was before you got to me and before I accepted bid and TWICE since pickup- 48 hrs was verified. Updates and photos were not regularly sent to myself or the new home. GPS tracking was not offered as advertised. I'm 100% convinced these small puppies are spending days in a crate as they add pickups. I'm irate as is the new home. I'd would have never chosen this transport but trusted that as a prev military member they were upstanding and honest. Instead my puppies have spent days in a small crate.

The initial communication once the bid was accepted could have been better, but once the arrangements were finalized, the actual transport experience was excellent. My very nervous pup was very well taken care of and I was updated frequently during the transport.
