Great job transporting my pup. He gave detailed updates on how max was doing throughout the journey, and even arrived a day early.

From the first interaction with Bill about transporting my daughter's 60lb Golden Doodle "Charlie" from Texas, to lower Manhattan, Bill was exceptional. His transport van is very spacious and welcoming for pets of all varieties. Bill is a retired NYPD sergeant and stays very aware of the weather conditions, making sure to choose the safest path, not just the fastest. Fair to say that Bill is more concerned about safety than just getting to his destination quickly to drop-off and obtain another shipment. Bill did a great job communicating with us daily through video and text messages to keep us abreast on their where abouts and Charlie's well-being. I say all this to say that if the need ever arises again, I'd definitely call on Bill!

Bill was top notch! He safely transported my 11 year-old Maltese over 1000 miles with out any issues. He was very friendly, communicating before, during, and after the transport with myself and the receiving family member. He even went the extra mile to ensure several key belongings made it as well and allowed me to set up the crate so my pet would feel right at home. On the tail end he even assisted in setting up my dog's crate at my aunt's house! Highly recommend Bill!

Mr.Bill was absolutely amazing from the beginning. He delivered our mini chicks fast and they were well taken care of. From Alabama to Louisiana. He stayed in constant contact with us and was so polite and understanding. If you fast,safe transport use Mr.Bill. We definitely will use him again!!

Bill was wonderful from beginning to end! He has a beautiful set up to transport dogs, and takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable with how everything is going. He keeps in constant contact, makes sure your dog has everything it needs, and even sent videos during driving breaks to show how our pup was doing. We never transported a dog before, we were nervous to hire someone on this service, but Bill was kind, caring, and so easy to work with. We would use HIGHLY recommended to transport your beloved dog!
