I can’t explain in depth enough how fortunate I am that Deborah was my choice. I booked with her because her reviews were spot on. Every great word and 5 star anyone has left was absolutely true and deserved. I was deployed and After a complication on drop off day Deborah was kind enough to continue watching my baby for several weeks until she came back through the area. We stayed in contact, she sent me some photos/videos letting me know he was doing well. Upon drop off I could tell that Deborah was watching over Attila like he was one of her own and part of her family. I can’t say thank you enough so I hope instead this review will convince several others to book.

I recently had the pleasure of using PetPortals to transport my 9-year-old Akita mix, Megaa, from New York to Las Vegas, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received. Megaa suffers from extreme anxiety, especially during car rides, so I was understandably nervous about how he would handle such a long journey. However, PetPortals and our driver, Jeffrey, went above and beyond to ensure Megaa’s comfort and well-being every step of the way. From the start, Jeffrey was incredibly communicative, sending frequent photo and video updates of Megaa during the trip. It was so reassuring to see him doing well and in good hands. Jeffrey was not only professional but also genuinely caring, and it was clear that he has a deep respect and love for the animals he transports. What really stood out was Jeffrey’s proactive approach to Megaa’s anxiety. When he noticed signs of distress, he didn’t hesitate to reach out to his on-call vet to get guidance on how to manage his symptoms. This level of attentiveness and care truly exceeded my expectations and gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process. Thanks to Jeffrey, Megaa’s journey was as smooth and stress-free as possible. I’m so grateful for Jeffrey's dedication and the personalized care he provided. If you’re looking for a pet transport service that treats your fur baby like family, I highly recommend PetPortals. Megaa and I are both incredibly thankful!

First time handing our little dude off to somebody else for a cross country move, and could not have been more blown away by Anton’s speed, professionalism, and communication every step of the way. Any message was answered promptly, he posted regular pictures along the way, and Gooby was very clearly well taken care of. We will absolutely be calling Anton again in the future should we need to make another cross country move, and if you’re in the same boat as we were and not entirely sure of how to go about moving your big dog cross country, we could not recommend Anton more highly!

Shipment from Indiana, PA to Jacksonville Beach, FL

I was very hesitant to contract anyone without meeting them for a move 14 hours away. I did decide on this driver after several conversations about process, time etc. What a great choice! My puppies arrived safe and sound. I have a pit and a 12 year old Great Dane and they were careful and caring with both of them. Several messages and pictures along the way. I was relieved and thankful that we found them.

Won by Devine Animal Care for $500.00

Shipment from Dover, VT to Huntington Station, NY

What an excellent experience! Maura was amazing to work with. She took 2 dachshund puppy from VT to Long Island NY. It wasn’t too long of a drive but not something I didnt wanted to do. My client wasn’t able to meet so I reach out to my usual transporter who was not available. So I went searching for some else. Maura was fantastic, she was extremely patient with me on my end with the back and forth communication I had to do with my customer on making sure the date and price point would work. She gave me access to her live tracking feature and make me feel more comfortable and secure with the boys in her care! 100% Will use her again!
