WOW!!! It was such a pleasure working with this team! They were very communicative and informative throughout the process and provided pics and videos often. What really made the service top notch was us running into an issue with my pet in which I had never experienced. I was baffled and worried. I was provided options and they even checked on me to make sure I was ok mentally. For this reason, I was very happy that I did not use a transport system in which there are plenty pets riding at once on a route - in my heart, I believe I would have possibly lost my dog due to the lack of proper attention and care. My pet arrived happy and safe in great time! I can not say enough good things about the communication and care my pet received. I would always recommend this company. Truly amazing service! Kevin was an absolute blessing to work with and an incredible person. After a dear friend of ours passed away, we needed to transport their beloved Bernese Mountain Dog, Daisy, from Southern California to Northern Oregon. Kevin went above and beyond to ensure Daisy's safety and comfort during this difficult time. With a storm brewing between Oregon and California, Kevin graciously kept Daisy at his home for four days to ensure safe travels. He regularly updated us with beautiful photos and phone calls, letting us know how much love and attention Daisy was receiving. He took her out to the lake, on walks, and even to the store - it was clear she was in wonderful hands. Once the storm settled, Kevin continued to provide exceptional care, allowing Daisy to ride in the back seat without a kennel. Along the journey, he shared heartwarming videos and pictures of Daisy joyfully playing in the snow. His kindness and compassion turned what could have been a stressful experience into something truly special. We genuinely believe it was divine intervention that led us to Kevin. We are so grateful for his thoughtfulness and the incredible care he provided for Daisy. Thank you, Kevin, for everything—you are one of a kind.

After reading many reviews of other services we knew Anton was the best. From the very beginning he wanted us to read his reviews, ask questions, and tell him exactly what we wanted for Cassidy’s journey. He was ok with everything we needed him to do with our girl. Anton arrived half hour early for pick up, had is vehicle set up and ready for the long trip from CA to OH. We were sent pictures of the journey at every stop and we were able to see how Cassidy was doing. He immediately responded to our texts, and let us know how she was, how the trip was going, and when they would arrive. Our nerves were at ease because of Anton. He made this experience so much more bearable as we waited for her arrival. If you are looking for a long or short trip for your pet(s) Anton is the man for you! Lori was absolutely wonderful. She was very communicative, sent photos throughout the journey, and our sweet dog was safe, clean, and happy upon arrival, and clearly had formed a very positive connection with Lori, which is what you want to see! I wholeheartedly recommend Lori to safely and lovingly care for your pet to get where they need to go. Thank you Lori!

This is the first time we’ve had to use this type of service, so my anxiety was certainly high. Prior to officially booking our year old golden doodle for a trip from Ga to Va, I had the pleasure of communicating with Sara and she answered every question and was patient and great with communication. Raven, our fur baby, took to her immediately. She had supplies on hand in her vehicle to assist Raven during the ride to make him more comfortable, outside of what we sent. Every couple of hours, she sent pics and updates. That was definitely reassuring. She took him out to walk and potty. Raven was nervous and understandably scared of the trip without us, but she did a marvelous job calming and comforting him (and me). The trip was completed in a timely manner and he was delivered as promised. She delivered him to the door, and the handoff was smooth. I can’t begin to verbalize the amount of gratitude that I have for Sara and her obvious love for animals. You’ve got to love what you do a lot, for it to show as well as it did with Sara. If I ever had to transport another animal, for whatever reason, I am, without a doubt, using Ftiendly Pet Express and I will definitely want Sara to be the driver. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would, a million times over. I recommend Sara wholeheartedly. Sara, if you see this, thank you again, soooooo very much. You are great and I appreciate you more than I can express.

Won by Catrina S. for $300.00
Catrina was absolutely wonderful! She was courteous, personable & accommodating. We needed transport for my mom's 2 year old special needs rescue pup & were nervous about sending her with a stranger. Catrina provided multiple updates & sent pictures to set our minds at ease. It was the pup's first time meeting my dogs. When they arrived, Catrina went above & beyond by helping us with introducing the dogs to ensure there were no issues. I definitely plan to transport with her again!

I have never left a bad review and hate doing this, but this was a very unfortunate interaction. Lack of communication. Cancelled and I had to reach out to even find out!
