WOW!!! It was such a pleasure working with this team! They were very communicative and informative throughout the process and provided pics and videos often. What really made the service top notch was us running into an issue with my pet in which I had never experienced. I was baffled and worried. I was provided options and they even checked on me to make sure I was ok mentally. For this reason, I was very happy that I did not use a transport system in which there are plenty pets riding at once on a route - in my heart, I believe I would have possibly lost my dog due to the lack of proper attention and care. They picked up my little Cowboy (morkie 5 pounds) in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, stayed the night near there and then the next day transported him to Loveland, Colorado. Chris and Pam were so wonderful and so compassionate! My cat was lost in Spokane over 3 years ago. We moved to the Oregon Coast and about a week ago we were notified that a good samaritan found her, saved her, she was almost frozen to death and couldn't move with a can stuck on her head. We contacted Zoomies and they responded immediately, driving to Spokane and picking her up and delivering her to us. She was well cared for, the service fee was very modest and the owners were great people! We are so grateful to Zoomies for bringing our baby home, and doing it quickly and with compassionate care. After a dear friend of ours passed away, we needed to transport their beloved Bernese Mountain Dog, Daisy, from Southern California to Northern Oregon. This was a great experience from first contact to time of delivery. Very responsive to questions from initial contact, we discussed the fee, sent a contract to review, down payment was 50% with final payment at delivery time. The day of transport i was contacted and provided with a gps link to follow travel, everything i contacted they responded very quickly, they even reached out to introduce themselves to not only myself but the family they were picking my kitten up from, and even let them know eta once they were close to pick up location. The kitten was given great care, check on multiple times along the way and sent a video and pictures at time of pick up to confirm it was the correct t kitten. Cezary from PupTransporter was absolutely amazing! I was so nervous sending my baby off across country but he kept me informed the entire time with multiple pictures and updates on location/how the pup was doing. My pup is a special case recovering from a neglect situation I had recently rescued him from, so he is lacking a lot of muscle. I informed Cezary of all my worries and finishing a since saving him and he was very mindful of all of these the entire time and kept me updated on all my worries. He was assisted into the truck for transport. Plenty of stops were made for potty breaks and to sleep on the long drive. When we realized there wasn’t another option to accommodate our needs we started the process of finding the very best transporter for our pup. Boy did we find that in Anton!!! Anton arrived half hour early for pick up, had is vehicle set up and ready for the long trip from CA to OH. We were sent pictures of the journey at every stop and we were able to see how Cassidy was doing. He immediately responded to our texts, and let us know how she was, how the trip was going, and when they would arrive. Our nerves were at ease because of Anton. He made this experience so much more bearable as we waited for her arrival. If you are looking for a long or short trip for your pet(s) Anton is the man for you! You’ll feel so much better knowing your dog is being taken care of by someone with experience and someone who knows what you’re feeling and won’t hesitate to accommodate your pets every need. This is the first time we’ve had to use this type of service, so my anxiety was certainly high. Prior to officially booking our year old golden doodle for a trip from Ga to Va, I had the pleasure of communicating with Sara and she answered every question and was patient and great with communication. Raven, our fur baby, took to her immediately. She had supplies on hand in her vehicle to assist Raven during the ride to make him more comfortable, outside of what we sent. Every couple of hours, she sent pics and updates. That was definitely reassuring. She took him out to walk and potty. Raven was nervous and understandably scared of the trip without us, but she did a marvelous job calming and comforting him (and me). The trip was completed in a timely manner and he was delivered as promised. She delivered him to the door, and the handoff was smooth. I can’t begin to verbalize the amount of gratitude that I have for Sara and her obvious love for animals. You’ve got to love what you do a lot, for it to show as well as it did with Sara. If I ever had to transport another animal, for whatever reason, I am, without a doubt, using Ftiendly Pet Express and I will definitely want Sara to be the driver. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would, a million times over. I recommend Sara wholeheartedly. Sara, if you see this, thank you again, soooooo very much. You are great and I appreciate you more than I can express.

Catrina was absolutely wonderful! She was courteous, personable & accommodating. We needed transport for my mom's 2 year old special needs rescue pup & were nervous about sending her with a stranger. Catrina provided multiple updates & sent pictures to set our minds at ease. It was the pup's first time meeting my dogs. When they arrived, Catrina went above & beyond by helping us with introducing the dogs to ensure there were no issues. I definitely plan to transport with her again!
