We offer VIP experiences on every transport, even if it's not a solo ride. It's important to keep in mind that typically, the lower the bid, the more pets will be traveling together. This can result in longer delivery times and potentially increased stress for your pet. Throughout the journey, you'll receive regular updates, including our location(real time), as well as texts and pictures to keep you informed about your pet's well-being. What We Offer: - Shared Rides: Enjoy lower rates through our shared transport option, perfect for those looking to save while ensuring their pets are safely transported. - VIP/Solo Service: For those who prefer a more personalized experience, our VIP or solo service is available upon request, ensuring your pet receives exclusive attention. - Logistics Experience: With 10 years of experience in logistics, we design well-planned routes and provide accurate information to our customers, ensuring a smooth journey. - Veterinary Technician Experience: With a decade of hands-on experience handling pets, I am equipped to manage all of your pet's needs throughout the trip. - Flexible Payment Options: We offer various payment methods, including cash, Zelle, Cash app - All-Inclusive Rates: Our quotes cover all costs related to transport, including food, water, tolls, hotels, and more—no hidden fees! - Crates Provided: We supply clean and sterilized crates for every transport, ensuring a safe environment for your pet. All kennels are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with Kennelsol after each delivery. - "No Paws on the Ground" Policy for Puppies: To ensure the safety and comfort of puppies, we have a strict policy of keeping them off the ground during transit. - Daily Updates: We provide regular updates throughout the journey, keeping you informed about your pet's well-being. updates on scheduled by me 3 times a day Am/PM and a mid day photo is what’s guaranteed daily to you (unless for reasons out of control ) - Availability: We kindly ask for a grace period of 24 hours before or after the estimated arrival dates to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances. - Confirmation Required: Please confirm your acceptance before we proceed with any arrangements. I accept payment in two parts for our services. Half of the total fee is payable upfront upon arrival via Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, or credit card payments. The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery and may be paid in cash. Please note that Citizenshipper charges a separate booking fee at the time of reservation. We assure you that there are no extra or hidden fees on our part. It is important to confirm with us before booking to verify dates and availability. Please be aware that unforeseen factors such as weather, hurricanes, traffic, accidents, road closures, construction, vehicle maintenance or breakdowns, and pet care can affect transport times, dates, and routes. Please keep in mind that if we encounter bad or dangerous weather conditions, we will prioritize safety by stopping to wait out the storm or rerouting around it. This may cause some delays. Therefore, some flexibility with pickup and drop-off times and dates may be necessary. We stay at pet-friendly hotels and Airbnbs, or if we are delayed and need to make up time, we will rest at a safe travel stops. She did a wonderful job. Picked up our 55 llb Pit Bull / Terrier mix at 8am on Thursday in Woodstock, Ga and delivered him to Santa Ana California by 8 AM Saturday. Sierra was flexible with my family's need to have our dog picked up at a certain time. The poor guy can be defensively snappy with strangers, so it might not have been the best ride for either of them to understate it, but he's here now getting lots of love and living the good life. Amazing service!!!! I highly recommend pet pro transport. This was my first time ever getting an animal shipped to me. Sierra and her husband were awesome. They sent me updated pictures. Let me know every day where they were at how my girl was doing. Gave us a great timeframe for pick up and delivery so i was able to figure out my work schedule. I am so happy and so pleased I was so nervous about this whole transporting thing and Sierra and her husband really made me feel so much better with as many questions as I asked her. She was beyond patient and understanding and I’m very happy.
