Stacey is a wonderful person; communicative and caring. I set a potential date of November for our transport of a female pit bull from Wichita to Seattle, but had to reschedule. Stacey was easy to work with on the reschedule. We set a date of December 8th, and then Stacey asked to pick up a few days earlier. We were very flexible so it worked for everyone. I would assume, that traffic, weather, etc, can change a driving schedule without notice. Unfortunately, she got a flat on her van on the day of pickup and needed to pick up on the 7th. Safety comes first for everyone in my book. Great communication on Stacey's part regarding this situation and the repairs needed. The pick up ended up being on the morning of December 7th. I had pictures and updates on my pup's journey multiple times a day. Pictures were clear and I had updates on eating habits/bathroom schedule/elimination habits the whole time. When Stacey delivered my pup, my pup wanted to stay with Stacey. They bonded in a way one would hope when a pup is going through a transition. This showed me Stacey took the time to work with my nervous girl and make her feel comfortable on the trip. I have already recommended Stacey to others for a puppy transport. I would hire her again in a heart beat.

My dog was scheduled to have stitches removed, so Tammy Jo pushed the pick-up date to make sure that there was enough time for him to be totally healed. She treated him like an absolute Prince for the duration of the 2,000 mile trip, that she did in less than 2 and a half days. I can't write enough great things about her. It was all amazing. I booked with Ctizens for the very first time with Erika Delvaux. I explained to her in initial contact that I was not familiar with how things worked and she gave me no explanation that by booking with her that my kitten would spend over 14 hours in the car for a 6 hr dive time. She was not the driver, just the person I booked with. She had told me that the kitten would be picked up at 10 o'clock at night.He wasn't picked up till one o'clock in the morning. She told me in our initial contact.That I would receive multiple text.Videos calls assuring me that he was doing okay on the drive. I texted. Her at five thirty in the morning asking why I had not received any texts in seven hours, And she said they are busy driving and dealing with snow. There were 2 people that were in the car.I wouldn't expect the person driving to do the texting. But clearly the person not driving would be free to do this. I got my first text from the driver's at seven a m... Nine hours after he was picked up! I was. Worried sick and I was not informed that he would not be here Before fourteen hours. I give her a 0 rating, she was rude and extremely unprofessional. She also told me That it did not matter what food they were giving him, And I had to instruct her that clearly.She has no experience transporting kittens because they cannot have an immediate change to their diet. Completely rude unprofessional. 4 hours later, the driver's picked up the correct kitten.Food and allowed me to keep the bag which was nice. The drivers only texted a couple times upon my texting.Send one picture and one video in fourteen hours. The drivers when they got here seemed like decent people.So I give them a three rating. I would not recommend Erica to anyone! It was. It would have been nice as a first time.User of citizens to know that I probably should have gone with a solo trip and paid more money. I was not informed that they would just keep adding people to their trip... delaying my delivery. Would have been nice to be up front about that before I booked the trip.

Drivers themselves were fantastic! Had 2 deliveries at the same time. When it cane to the second pick up it was 5 hours later then the dispatch had told me and rhe driver told me the time they gave me was unrealistic and would have never happened. At drop off the first delivery was given a completely different town then I had said for drop off. Super inconvenience for the drivers! Communication between dispatch and drivers was a joke. They wanted me to pay before I got my second delivery 24 hours in advance. Who is going to pay for something before they know it arrives properly? Absolutely ridiculous. First drop off i was told I had signed papers at drop off. Never once did I sign anything for that delivery, asked for proof that I never received. Very shady in my opinion. Would 100% recommend the drivers i had but would not recommend this company overall.
