Along with sending a GPS location so I could see where he was on the route to my house. I would use them again if the occasion arose.

I never take the time to leave reviews at all but this company deserves 5/5 stars. I bought a bunny and was really hoping to have it here in time for Christmas and thanks to La familia animal transport I was able to do that . The bunny wasn’t available to be picked up until 12.22 and they had her to me 12.23 which allowed me show my girl what Santa got her on Christmas. Mind you this was a 1140 mile trip one way and they did this at a more than reasonable cost while sending me picture and updates of the bunny the whole way! I will be using in the future for animal transporting from here on out. Thank La familia for making my daughter’s Christmas a little extra special this year!

This was our first experience with transporting our dog so we don't have anything to compare it to. But I don't see how it could have gone any better! USA Transport not only got our fur baby to us safe and happy but made us feel safe and happy. They were punctual and very communicative. I didn’t know they were doing that until I heard from the shipper my deposit went directly to the platform 🤦🏽♀️ So heads up, my transport team was amazing, this middle man, not so much.

Not only did he stop at Tractor Supply to gather all the necessary supplies, but he also transported a 2-day-old calf from Kansas to Georgia—a 14-hour drive—with the utmost care and professionalism….in the backseat of his car! Choosing the right person (company) to transfer your pet is difficult and nerve wracking.After answering my questions and working out a time table for when they would pick up the puppy from the caregiver (exchanging contact info for both of them) and when they would deliver my puppy to me. They had to go through a few states. The driver reported a long traffic delay that would put him back by 3 hrs. The caretaker was notified and told that he’d be there at 12 noon. (And he was) He contacted me a few times to confirm that he was right on schedule! Very kind, and respectful gentleman! 👍👍😊😊

They willingly drove back to the West coast to pick him up and traveled right back to the East Coast. We received Bambi the evening before Thanksgiving! They were very professional and friendly. Road Dawg was great. He has very affordable pricing and is a very nice guy. You can tell he really loves animals. His communication was fair. And his punctuality was not the greatest but he got my dog here safe so I am happy. If you are looking for something affordable he is your guy. If you have other priorities then maybe go with someone else and pay a lot more. But overall I am pleased with the service I received. It was a cross country trip in the winter and it took 6 days. Would definitely use Jazzys again, clear communication from the start, told me a pick up time between 7-9am and I got a picture at 7.20am, I was getting updates and pictures of drive, puppy had lunch a bathroom breaks, puppy was very well taken care of. Barbara and Adra made transporting Wilbur (an old senior rescue dog who I’ve never met before) from OK to AZ and easy and stress free process. They answered my many questions quickly. They kept in contact with me and Wilbur’s foster mom sending us frequent updates and pictures through out Wilbur’s traveling time.
