This company was half the price of the competitors with so many benefits. The driver showed up on time, and when i brought the dog out he got down on the ground and pet him. This immediately made me very comfortable. The ride was spacious, soft, and our dog seemed very comfortable. They also gave me a link to see pictures of him frequently. The person who received the dog said the driver was very friendly and polite and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

I must say that I was a bit skeptical at first about using a major shipper. I normally try and find an independent. Mike with CLM was great. Great communication. Picked it up on that actual date I required, which has been a headache in the past with others. Very friendly drivers. Car arrives in the exact timeline that Mike stated. Do yourself a favor and book your shipment with Jason. It's about as stress-free transaction as possible. I searched for a while (and hit some dead-ends) to get someone reliable to transport a snowbike, which isn't the most common vehicle so there was some risk. The bike and it's accessories box/parts were delivered in 1 day, secured perfectly and no delays or issues. Excellent communication along the way. I'll be a return customer 100%!

Terrible! booked 2 months out to ensure logistics are met. We communicated regularly up to the day before and everything was in place. The day of pick-up, still communicating up to the hour of pick-up time, still good. till the time of pick-up, no driver and poor excuses. Hopefully the refund she issued processes. Lisa and her daughter were AMAZING! Lisa responded quickly and was both communicative and timely. We were nervous because we've never used an unknown driver, and the kids were especially worried about the dogs being comfortable. Lisa and her daughter immediately put the dogs and us at ease. And she kept the pups comfy and happy throughout their journey, even accommodating our one pup's tendency toward carsickness. Truly such an easy process and we had updates all along the way. Tricia is the absolute best. I was having a hard time trying to get my puppy from California to massachusetts. Within just a few hours, Tricia was on a plane from her home in Texas to California and then rented a car and drove an hour away to pick the puppy up at a different airport. She then had to switch planes on her way to Boston Massachusetts. She delivered my beautiful little girl, a 1.5 lb pomeranian, happy and safe. I would use her again and recommend her to anyone needing a flight nanny. This all happened the Friday before Thanksgiving! With all the holiday travelers. I can never thank you enough Tricia.

Anton did an excellent job driving my rescue dog from Phoenix to Hopkins, MN. He was able to arrange the pick up in Phoenix at the arrival time of my south of the border rescue, so no delay time for the dog. He arrived in Hopkins at his estimated time and kept me updated with photos along the way. My new pooch got to be the solo passenger and ride in the back of the SUV comfortably. I would recommend Anton for his professionalism, safety and making sure it was a smooth ride!

She even went out of her way to bathe her made sure she was squeaky clean before she came home to me due to her accidents in the vehicle. Sharon is a sweet lady.
