Hello, I'm Kerry and I'd love to care for your buddy. I have traveled over 300,000 miles with my own pets. I have 3 years’ experience as an ambulance driver in a major metropolitan area. I have also been 5-star Lyft driver for the past 7 yrs. Axle is my own dog and he will be accompanying your buddy on their trip. He loves all animals, including cats and even ones that he has no idea what they are, except for ducks!! I will provide frequent stops for restroom breaks, Stretch and play. All vaccines including kennel cough need to be up to date with proper documentation. I will provide frequent trip updates and pics if desired. I prefer the same food they have been eating for the trip to avoid any upset stomachs during the trip. Payment for transport is 1/2 due at booking, the remaining 1/2 due at pickup. I bill via Square which accepts all forms of credit, and debit. Venmo and cash payments can also be accepted. For shipments canceled within 72 hours of pickup, there is a small cancellation fee owed to the driver - by this time the driver might be on the road, having already invested time and resources. The fees are as follows: Canceled 48-72 hours before pickup: $50 cancellation fee owed to the driver Canceled 24-48 hours before pickup: $100 cancellation fee owed to the driver Canceled 0-24 hours before pickup: $100 -OR- 50% of the originally agreed fee owed to the driver, whichever is the greater of the two. Cancellation fees can typically be paid via debit card, credit card, or other methods, as previously agreed with the driver.

Kerry and Axle were the best! Highly recommend. Great communication the whole ride with lots of picture updates of our beagle! We were very thankful to have found someone so trustworthy to haul our puppy over multiple states. Kerry and Axel were absolutely amazing!! Kerry was professional and caring. Communication was excellent the entire process… from making sure he knew what puppy to expect, the paperwork she was supposed to have with her, and providing pictures, videos, and updates along the way. He made the process very easy and relaxing and went above and beyond to provide the best quality care for our new little 10 week old cavapoo. Axel is a big sweetheart, and I truly believe his presence during the trip helps the puppies during their new experience and transition. Lastly, all of this excellent service at a very reasonable price. Thank you Kerry and Axel. You will always be our “go-to” transporters for any future 🐶!!!😘 wishing you many blessings.

Kerry was amazing! He was very flexible with pick-up time and location and transported my furniture piece quickly and with care. He was great with communication (and his dog Axle is so sweet!) I highly recommend Axle's Companion Transport!

Using a transportation service was a last minute decision and Kerry was very quick to reply and figure out a plan. Along the way Kerry sent updates on my animal and their eta, he also took great care of my goat. He was easy to work with, very friendly and took an interest in my Pygmy Goats when delivering my new buck!

Kerry was great! Prompt, regular updates, good rates, friendly, regular stops for the puppy. His dog Axel serves as company for the puppy / dog, which is a great benefit! Absolutely no reservations - use Kerry with Konfidence!!
