Hi, we are Ashley and Melvin the proud owners of this family owned and operated business. We have been transporting animals for over 5 years and decided to turn our experience and love for animals into a fulltime business in 2023. Our company, based out of Atlanta, GA, specializes in VIP and across the country transporting. We hold licenses, insurance, and a USDA certification, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety for your pet. At The Pet Shipper LLC, we have extensive experience working with animals of all temperaments, including those with high anxiety and disabilities. Our utmost priority is the well-being and safety of your beloved pets. We take pride in providing excellent communication, immaculate service, and efficient transport. Our commitment to promptness is unparalleled. In fact, we complete all our trips within one to two days from the time of pickup, even for cross-country journeys (excluding Alaska). For trips under 15 hours, we ensure same-day completion, depending on the time of pickup. We accomplish these times by using Two drivers on every trip which also gives an extra set of eyes and hands to take care of your loved ones. To guarantee the comfort of your pets during transport, we maintain clean and sanitized vehicles. Additionally, we offer amenities such as food, water, leashes, clean blankets, crates, 24/7 communication, picture and video updates and GPS tracking for the entirety of the transport.We have had the privilege of working with various organizations and individuals, including animal rescues, shelters, pet breeders, professional athletes and musicians, animal trainers, handlers for competitions, farmers, and veterinarians. Melvin and Ashley took great care of my dog and delivered him safely and quickly. He had a comfortable spot to ride and was happy and calm. They kept me updated throughout the trip and shared their location with us.

I can’t say enough nice things about Melvin and Ashley. They transported our dog Juno from GA to CO and they were kind, professional and took such good care of our dog. They were great at communicating, sending pics and updates and we loved being able to track where they were on the drive. I highly recommend them! I’ll refer them to anyone I know and would hire them again for transport!

I was very happy. They pickup and delivered our new family member with no hiccups- everything went so smoothly . I would definitely recommend pet shipper LLC. Tracking and pictures were available during transport and text made it so comforting.

I am so grateful for the love and care they showed my fur baby! These two are so efficient, they tackled a drive from Alabama to Las Vegas. Not only that but they kept me updated (without me having to ask) with live gps tracking, updated pictures of my dog, and her wellness during the travel! Thank God! 10/10 recommend.

Ashley and Melvin were AMAZING from start to finish! They were able to pick our pup up from the breeder immediately and drove overnight to deliver her to us just in time to celebrate our daughter’s birthday! Communication was excellent - they reassured us, provided their location the entire trip, and updated us frequently. We are so grateful they helped make this happen for us! Highly recommend!!!
