Our company is licensed by the FMCSA and bonded, ensuring a secure and reliable service. A dedicated team of professionals is ready to assist you at every stage of the shipment process, accommodating your preferences and providing timely updates until your vehicle(s) reach the designated destination. Here's an overview of the procedure: You provide us with the earliest pickup date, and we guarantee its arrangement within 1-5 business days from that date. The provided quotes cover the shipping of a standard-sized, unmodified vehicle(s), unless specified otherwise in the bid details or discussed in the "questions" section. Additionally, the quotes include door-to-door service (assuming adequate space for a semi-truck to maneuver at both the origin and destination), cargo insurance provided by the carrier company, and allowance for up to 100 lbs of extra items in the vehicle (not covered by the carrier's cargo insurance). It is crucial to document any damages on the Bill of Lading (BOL) upon delivery. Following a thorough inspection by the customer/receiver, damage reports should be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims for damages must be directed to the carrier company's insurance on file, and our company is prepared to assist in all necessary steps.

Booked Saturday, didn’t start the search until late Monday, and car didn’t get picked up by a driver until Wednesday, and car picked up Thursday and delivered Friday. Driver asked for extra $75 from what bid was received and I booked as. Car transport was great and so was communication with booking service that’s why I’m giving 5 stars given delay and extra cost.

It took a few days longer to pick up the motorcycle than the estimated time; however it was explained that getting a covered truck was the issue. The driver, Alex, communication of pickup and delivery times were spot on. He also took great care of loading and unloading the bike. Thanks so much! Would definitely use him again.

After a couple cancellations due to Carrier mechanical issues they had my Harley picked up at the earliest possible time and safely shipped to me. It arrived with no issues and in pristine condition! Great communication as well!

I can't give a proper review since my motorcycle was never picked up. This broker (per their DOT number they are a broker) tried to find a carrier/driver within my window of availability and at the price point they bid for PA to FL but could not do so. They told me no one could guarantee delivery to Florida due to the hurricanes. My area was unaffected by Milton as I'm in the north part close to Georgia. I checked relevant interstates between here and PA and they were open. A competitor alleged their bid was too low and that was why it didn't go through. Maybe, maybe not. The fact is my bike never got picked up. As this broker noted, they don't get paid if they don't pick up, so I don't see any reason to downrate them in that respect. Communication was quick and polite. Had they picked it up and had an event-free timely delivery, this would be a 5 star review. Given the totality of the circumstances, I'm giving them 4 of 5. I would use them again if circumstances were different.
