Jeff was phenomenal gave updates the whole way along with pictures. He took extra time with the pup and was able to communicate with me about what he encountered along the way. re: very shy does not like leaving the kennel she rode in, not house trained they stayed in a motel. He stayed on time to pick up and deliver. I was very impressed with his ratings and he did not disappoint. The icing on the cake!! he reached out a day later to check in and see how she was doing. That was a pleasant surprise. I recommend this driver. You will not be disappointed.

Jeffrey had great communication and never left me anxious about where or how my dog was. He honored all agreements, was prompt, courteous and efficient. He maintained a cool head when he hit a small snag that delayed him a bit. Jeffrey made the whole trip easy!

Absolutely perfect ? couldn’t be better, kept us in loop the whole time, including pictures,videos,and locations for pit stops and bathroom breaks !
