Everyone was in constant contact every step of the way. The driver took pics before and after delivery. I was unfortunately not onsite to meet the driver, but he did a fantastic job of dropping off my haul and making sure he took care of it as his own. Highly recommend!

After the contract was signed and before the driver was assigned the communication from HB Transit logistics was pretty slow and I was worried that they were not going to transport my boat and trailer within the time constraints of my availability. I had to repeatedly contact them to get information on when a driver would be assigned and the pick up scheduled. However they pulled it together and got it done within my timelines. The assigned driver Juan Carlos Vasquez did an excellent job communicating ahead of pick up and again before delivery. The boat and trailer arrived in good condition in NC. Despite the rocky start and poor communication I was very satisfied with the service.
