He updated me multiple times a day on their trip and I was able to view the GPS location the entire time. He made my animals feel less stressed about this journey. We had a slight change in delivery location and Robbie didn’t hesitate to accommodate us. Just a kind man who does an amazing job with animals. He became a safe space for them the entire way. We appreciate the company helping transport our fur babies to Florida, and overall it was a decent experience. Some delays were due to weather, which we understand, though arrival times changed a few times, making planning difficult. We were also told our dogs would be the only ones onboard, but other dogs were already in transport, which was concerning since our dogs are very small. This isn’t to bash the company, just to share our experience. We’re still thankful for their help getting our dogs safely transported.

Howells Pet Trans was magnificent. I got three pictures a day of my happy labradors. There seemed to be a very kindness in the driver.
