Highly recommend!!! Eric made the experience as stress free and seamless as possible. Arrived on time and did all the heavy lifting. Eric was communicative and attentive throughout the whole trip (2 days from Minneapolis to Orlando) which put our minds at ease with regular updates of location and well being of our dog Lily. Very much a thoughtful dog owner and dog lover! Thank you Eric for your fantastic service!
I can’t thank Kevin and Cherie enough for safely flying our new pup from New York to San Diego—especially given how terrible the weather was in NY. They accommodated me at the very last second and were incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I had questions. They truly go above and beyond to ensure your fur baby is delivered safely and on time. Thank you so much for everything—I genuinely appreciate you all!
Hayley's drier Kristen did an amazing job for our boy Travis!! She had to deal with some bad weather, but she always kept me informed and sent me pictures everyday. When she dropped our dog off he still went over to tell her goodbye. That tells me she took great care of him and that they made a real connection. They will be helping us again next month!!
They were amazing! Took great care of my pups and sent tons of updates along their travels. This was my first time doing a pet transport and I was really nervous and they exceeded all my expectations! Would recommend to anyone moving their pet across country!
Natalie was great! She picked up my puppy on time and sent me periodic pictures and status updates throughout the entire trip to deliver the puppy. I highly recommend working with her!
He was very attentive. Shared his location with me, sent multiple photos and messages about how my dog was doing along the way, and was very sweet to my dog as well.
i’d never gotten a pet delivered to me so i was kind of nervous but i am extremely satisfied. arthur kept me updated and got my cockapoo here in the fastest manner with such short notice. they even brought him in the pouring snow. the kindest people.

From the first email to dropping off our dog, A Couple of Paws was professional, courteous and communicative. Everything was perfect. They transported our dog from CA to NY in just over two days! Highly recommend their service.
We had an amazing experience with Couple of Paws! They safely transported our two girls coast to coast in just two days, and both dogs arrived happy, relaxed, and in great spirits.
Brianna and Caleb were absolutely awesome — you can immediately tell how much they genuinely love dogs. Our pups took an instant liking to them at pickup, which gave us so much peace of mind. They were extremely communicative, sending photo and status updates three times a day, and they picked up and delivered exactly on time as promised.
They truly went above and beyond for our senior lab — helping her in and out of the car, administering her medications, adding special treats to her food to make sure she ate well, and ensuring she was comfortable and content the entire journey.
We will definitely be using Couple of Paws again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs fast, reliable, 5-star pet transport services. Brianna and Caleb will treat your pets as if they were their own!
I would recommend these 2 over and over! Excellent communication, prompt pick up time and sent pictures along the way. I love that they shared their location so that I could plan for when I needed to be home to meet them as well. 10/10 would recommend!
Delayed two days, then cancelled on us last minute and said didn’t want to do the trip and wasn’t feeling well and worried about traffic delays. Really frustrating situation
Jayne was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. She communicated through the entire trip with a live map, lots of pictures and videos, and text updates. I would recommend her for any pet transport and would be happy to use her again!
I was very nervous to put my trust in someone to travel with a beloved pet for 1800 miles. Changing their world completely upside down. And I could not recommend Staci enough. She kept in touch with me the whole time as my baby was very wary and she did her best to get here as soon as she could because my girl did not pee or poo.
Seriously Staci thank you
Absolutely five star service. I’m thrilled to have had Heidi bring home our beautiful pup. Highly recommend her service. She’s communicative, caring, precise with time. Heidi, is top notch and from beginning to end will deliver with love and joy. Thank you, Heidi ♥️
Paul was terrific and really helped us to feel completely comfortable moving our family pet from Oregon to Massachusetts. We of course like any pet owner had concerns about handing off our beloved dog to someone who would be ferrying the pet a few thousand miles in a few days.
Paul was terrific. He answered all our questions throughout the process and assured us that he was the right person for the job. We were delighted with his communication and the updates (including pictures) he sent throughout the journey.
Our dog arrived safely, in great shape and we were beyond thrilled that we entrusted Paul with our pet.
Only hope he got to see the Bruins in Boston at the end of the trip to the East Coast. :-)
I would definitely use Russ again. He kept in touch at every step from the day I hired him until he delivered my dog. We had a few things happen with the shelter getting him the dog, but he was patient and the ladies on the other end appreciated him, too. I live in Colorado and the dog was in Georgia, so he had to do a lot of driving. He spent 3 nights on the road in motels with my dog, too. He went above and beyond with everything and I totally trusted him. I would recommend him in a heart beat.
He loves dogs and what he does and it shows.
Great from start to finish ! Even with my changed to flights she was still able to help me so grateful to safe & sound

Awesome service, especially considering they were working with a furry friend. Had food and water, and even took the dog out for some fresh air in a safe gated environment. Frequent updates throughout the trip, extremely satisfied.
Monique went above and beyond to get our new puppy to us safely. She was early to pick him up, kept in contact the whole time and sent pictures. I 100% recommend her and will use her again in the future!
It was a pleasure working with Robbie. We were a little nervous to get this process going of getting Luna from one state to the other. She is not a big fan of car rides and we knew this process was going to be not only hard for her but for us too. However, Robbie made this process very easy for all of us. Robbie sent videos and pictures of Luna always looking happy and calm which gave us a sense of relief. He updated us throughout the trip and we had a google maps location going. I would recommend Robbie to anyone that needs to get a pet transported. He made a process that we thought was going to be so stressful so easy and smooth.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Warsney and the service he provided. We hired him to safely transport my Mom's beloved bird to Florida, and he exceeded every expectation.
From the very beginning, he was friendly, professional, communicative and incredibly kind and loving to the bird. He understood how important this bird is to our family and treated him with the utmost care and respect. He kept us updated throughout the entire trip, which gave us tremendous peace of mind.
I had warned Warsney, that Squeaky is a very loud bird, yet he had a very quite journey with Warsney. That says a lot about Warsney! This means that Squeaky felt safe and comfortable with him. They listen and sang to music all the way.
thank you for passing Squeaky on to his new home Warsney, I couldn't think of a better way to get Squeaky there then having you assist us.
Anyone reading this, if you are looking for someone responsible, trustworthy and genuinely caring to transport your cherished pet, I wholeheartedly recommend Warsney.

Overall a great experience. Even though the shipment was delayed by a few days, ADL was easy to contact to receive updates. Motorcycle arrived in great condition with no damage. Driver was helpful and friendly. Would use this dispatch/carrier service again.
Haley transported our Golden Retriever from Florida to Colorado and was absolutely amazing. The communication alone set her apart — constant updates, tons of pictures, and check-ins all along the way. She even sticks to her “30 minutes out” arrival message like clockwork.
We were nervous about such a long trip (and definitely didn’t want to risk flying), but Haley made it feel safe and reassuring. Our dog arrived calm and happy. The entire experience was professional and comforting from beginning to end.
So worth it. Highly recommend.
