Mike was great at communicating during the entire process. My original driver canceled due to maintenance issues on my original pickup date and Mike found me another driver for the next day and had a backup driver for another day just in case it was necessary. Giorgi was the driver and I highly recommend him. He communicated multiple times with me on pick up date and drop off date. The turnaround was so fast! Picked up my car in Dallas on Saturday and then had it in San Diego on Monday night. I would use this company again for future moves.

They were able to pick my dog, Leo, up with very short notice and bring him from Utah to Pennsylvania within just a few days. They took great care of Leo, despite Leo not liking car rides. Finding Jayne was such a blessing! We needed to find a way to get our 8 week old puppy from Gainesville, FL to Roswell, GA. We were so lucky Jayne was available! Her communication is excellent, she responds promptly and she made the process so easy. She picked up Emma this morning in Florida and dropped her off this afternoon in Roswell, GA. She sent several photos and videos over the course of their trip, letting us know that all was well. She stopped and fed Emma lunch half way through the trip. Excellent!! Could not be happier with the communication and care provided. Liz and Judi were THE BEST! As a breeder, I have had a few dogs transported over the years, but I have never been happier with a transporter than I am with Judi. The communication was clear, and she picked up a frightened Border Collie (Jubilee) and handled her with such expert knowledge and affection to the point Jubilee was obviously comforted and felt trust in her. Our experience with Donna’ 5 Star Private Pet Transportation Service was excellent from start to finish ! Donna is extremely communicative and reassuring. Christian was in contact a few days prior to the trip and the pick up was on time and well coordinated. Christian was amazing! He drove Charlie from Denver to Philadelphia during January and ran into winter weather along the way. He stayed in touch every few hours with maps and photos to meet me in Phili. Patty did an excellent job at safely transporting our rescue dog from California to Minnesota. As someone who has previously worked in transportation I understood that there are drop-offs, pick-ups, road construction, road closures, weather, etc. that all play into transport. Patty did an excellent job at maneuvering all of these and I felt fully confident in her ability to keep our dog safe and healthy on her journey home. I appreciate the location pings a couple times each day, along with photos, and updates on how Louise was doing. From the moment that Patty picked Louise up, to the moment she dropped her off, I felt nothing but confident in her skill. I also greatly appreciated Patty's honesty when it came to some of Louise's behaviors as that helped us have a bit of a baseline of what to expect and prepare for when she arrived home and as she adjusted. My only complaint, and it is purely because I am scent sensitive and not a cat person, is that Louise got to travel with cat pals which meant that she got a bath once she got home so that she would not smell like them (and that is just a me issue). Would highly recommend Patty and if we need transport again in the future will be booking with Patty.

When I tell you I live in Florida and my mom was in Colorado Springs and I couldn't travel due to medical reasons. And I came across this website citizenshipper and I started to due research about it and me and my mom was so scared and sick but we had to take a chance so we did. And we meet this great company and they pick up our two dogs lucky and Daisy and I tell you it was the best thing ever. They kept up with photos and videos and they trip and now lucky and Daisy made it home safe in Florida and I'm happy for they service.
