Bradley P. was phenomenal to work with! We had a sensitive situation moving Bambam from my father's home after he passed to my nephew's house in another state. Bambam was taken to a boarder for the night where Bradley picked him up. Because we live out of town and out of State, none of us could be there to meet Bradley but because he was so personable and available to discuss all of the details on the phone with us, we had 100% confidence in Bradley picking up and driving Bambam to his new home! Bradley kept in contact with us sending us pictures of the pick-up and potty stops along the way. He shared his location with us on a GPS app that was very helpful in providing peace-of-mind knowing where along the route they were at any given time. The last hour, he had another gps app that tracked his route and gave us his ETA so my nephew could be prepared and ready for their arrival. Bradley was accessible and we talked on the phone during his trip. He enjoys his job and his enthusiasm for getting BamBam to his new home relieved any stress we were feeling about the long journey. If you need to transport a loved pet, I encourage you to use Bradley. I can't say enough great things about the experience we had and we are all very grateful to him for getting Bambam to a safe and loving home within our family! Thank you, Bradley!!

Hunter Lowery of Skoot Pet transport services deserves a 10 star rating!! He immediately gave a very fair price (no price gouging). And then he was so responsive, attentive, respectful and flexible. We moved 22 cats for a non-profit and we could not be happier. Transport was from SFO (San Francisco Int’l airport) to a private distination near San Luis Obispo (4 hours of driving). Our flights were delayed by 5 hours, he WAITED for us! The delay also added an hour of travel onto our itinarary due to rush hour. He was so gracious and polite, taking it all in stride (even though he had a tight timeline the next morning.) He was extremely reasonable for the extra hours (no gouging again.) We cannot recommend him ENOUGH!! His van was marked out exactly for our kennels (every single twenty-two of them). His van had AC, he is a careful driver. He helped us up/download all crates/kennels right into the holding area rather than just in the driveway (above and beyond what was expected). A good human and animal lover. HIGHLY recommend Hunter!!!

You will never believe it... Run from this unstable guy. When he arrived with the dog he said that he grossly underestimated the costs and that I need to pay him more money. Before I had a chance to do that this is the message he sent me...I copied and pasted it: Congrats on screwing me over Mick, a 20% gratuity would have been the absolute bare bones minimum a person should expect for the service I provided. I suspect there is a very big line of people standing behind me that are unhappy with their dealings with you bud. Anyway, read that book, keep an open mind and don’t harden your heart. We all put value on different things, most people on money and security. All I can say is I will thank the Lord tonight for talking care of me and that I don’t have to go to some meaningless job to pay for my McMansion like most. Honestly, working for the Better Business Bureau or whatever sounds like death to the soul in short order. 👎 Never. Jesus rose from the dead and it’s hard to not say more to you but I will just sign off by saying God Bless you and your family and that little pup. 🐶 Take care my mixed up friend. Obviously run from this guy. I have written the company and am awaiting a response. I also have called the p[olice in the event he comes by the house... Locked and loaded. Good luck and beware.

Being the first time I had a pet transported and anxious to have my new pet with me I finally decided on Travis and Theresa. After contacting them they took care of everything and quickly put my mind at ease. They went to MI to pick Leo up from the breeder. He got to stay with them overnight, he was given a lovely bath so he smelled fresh for me on his arrival. Travis and Theresa just loved Leo and were so gentle and sweet with him. They were more than accommodating and delivered him the following day after I finished work. They are the loveliest people and love what they do. I was so happy to meet them and have every confidence in referring them to anyone who wants the best experience for their new pets. They are professional, down to earth people that love animals. Terrible transport. My at arrived in a crate smelling strongly if urine. He was laying in a urine soaked towel with feces present. The food I left with him was not toched. I had to give him a bath. The transport was seriously delayed as the transporters rental car had a flat tire and no spare so had to have a tow. All things involved my. All thins consideredwas delivered close to midnight!! Totally unsatisfied. I have used citizenshipper people before with no problem. This was definitely subpar. Not a healthy transport!

First I want to address all the negative comments. People will find anything to complain about to get a refund or to not have to pay for a service. Most of the reviews I’ve seen are complaining about things that are out of anyone’s control. My personal experience was amazing and yes things did happen that were out of the drivers control, but mj had open and honest communication about it. When people are saying they were not being responded to. In my experience, The driver was literally driving through the mountains and had no reception. Be so serious that is a ridiculous reason to be upset. Mj immediately messaged me when he was out of the mountains and had reception. He sent me tons of photos and videos of my baby. The other thing people are complaining about is being stood up or cancellations. Two people quit, and that frustration should not be taken out on the owner when that is something he cannot control. Mj went to pick up my boy on Easter, I don’t know about you guys but how many other people would skip out on a holiday with family to go reunite a pet with their owner. The point is take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. People will say and complain about anything to not have to pay or get a discount. Mj was amazing and went straight to Washington to Arizona and only stopped for gas so I could have my baby in time for his birthday. Mj was nothing but compassionate and honest with me and my dog. Another things is my dog Rambo is very very picky with people and usually doesn’t like men, sorry I know he’s a weirdo but when Mj went to pick up my boy. My boy went right up to him and loved him, and I know you guys will too. I will definitely be using Mahasins transportation again if I need any future transportation needs. Unfortunately ADL was unable to secure a driver for my car from CA to OK. While it is an unusual route it's definitely not unheard of. I paid all the fees immediately on the 10th of April and it is now April 21st. They did answer promptly (twice) and we're courteous when I phoned them with questions, but failed to call back with an answer like they said in conversation. Ultimately, because they don't know how to bid jobs effectively, I was left high and dry without a transport. They were neither the high nor the low bid so I guessed it was going to be a happy medium. Citizen Shipper gave me a prompt credit for rebooking a company that has already dispatched a truck. In the end I would not use ADL again but would use citizen shipper for its broker listings. Be sure to understand what it means when you see the number of canceled pick ups in the last 30 days. I would have gladly paid more rather than have the headache of starting all over again shipping a car.

Although their communication texting me was consistent, they were not truthful on the happenings of the day. They picked up my dog Thursday afternoon (was supposed to be early morning though) then they traveled the opposite direction. The next day they were supposed to drop off at 7 am but then changed it to the afternoon. I never got the dog until 11:30 that night. Told me it was because of traffic and family issue but the AirTag tracker showed they weren’t anywhere near the area they were telling me they were. I checked so many reviews and this company had the most but I’m not sure if they are fake or if I just got a raw deal this time. They are nice people while I was speaking but just wished they would have just said they couldn’t pick up until Friday instead of keeping my dog the extra day.
