Paul transported a big husky-shepherd mix clear across the country for me, over 2000 miles, and delivered him safely to his final destination. The dog turned out to be extremely frightened the entire time, but Paul was kind and patient with him and did everything to help the dog be more comfortable. He gave multiple updates per day, including videos, and was on time for both pick-up and delivery. He was a good communicator with both me and my parents on the other side. I was impressed with the set-up in the van: Tons of space and blankets, plus one large kennel per dog in case they were necessary, and for us it was, to keep the scared dog more secure. Terrible experience. Booked for $800 from Marana AZ to Boomfield CO. Agrees to direct drive deliver that day. They agree to keep Owner updated along the route. Driver showed uo late. No communication. Driven went to Los Angeles first and delivered a full 24 hours late. No one from the Company ever explaimted why the failure of performance. I paid half the Contract agreement because the Company did not perform. I should have filed an abuse complaint and paid nothing. Company owner was very nasty, threatend to call the sheriff and sue me. His Driver was parked outside my house for an hour until the local ssheeriff thouht he was a threat and told him to leave. Driver told me my dog had no food for 30 hours. Company Owner lied and said he was fed much erlier. This Company with get Citizen Shippers in trouble..
