Smoky Mt Pet Transport

I had a wonderful experience with Smokey mt, they were able to accommodate my two German shepherds for a last minute trip across the country. One of my pups is reactive around other dogs and they knew just how to handle him. They also sent us pictures and videos with updates and responded to our texts very quickly.

They did a great job getting my lab from California to Florida. Time from point A to B was good and I was updated with pictures every day.

We adopted a 5 year old German Shepherd that lives in my home town in Colorado. After looking at flights and car rental to get Kaya to our home in San Diego we found this transporter. IT WAS WORTH EVERY dollar spent! Tammi was great with any and all questions during the hiring process, she was a great communicator when she was hired and throughout the transportation of Kaya. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you so much!

Great service, good communication and my dog arrived safely to her auntie's house. The only bummer is that her blankie was forgotten on the truck but those things happen!

There's little harder than handing over your beloved canine companion to a stranger who drives off into the distance while you stand there questioning your decisions and plagued by self-doubt. Stephanie was great - understanding the worry, sending me daily photos and updates at any unexpected change in schedule. (She drove through hail, tornados, all kinds of crazy weather, crossing the country during storm season.) My dog got home, safe and sound, in great condition. Now I just look forward to me going there, too - but don't worry, Stephanie, I won't ask you to drive me. I wouldn't want to go in the crate, either.

Great communication, sent a lot of photos and I forgot to send a bed with my dog so she even stopped by the store and bought him one. Not only did she take him out on walks, but she also played with them outside and sent me videos of them playing together. I would recommend her:)

Was feeling beyond overwhelmed with trying to move my father's dog across the country after he became unable to take care of him anymore. Stephanie and Smoky Mt took great care of our boy and got him safely across the country in great time. We are so happy to have him home with us!
