We adopted a 5 year old German Shepherd that lives in my home town in Colorado. After looking at flights and car rental to get Kaya to our home in San Diego we found this transporter. IT WAS WORTH EVERY dollar spent! Tammi was great with any and all questions during the hiring process, she was a great communicator when she was hired and throughout the transportation of Kaya. Was feeling beyond overwhelmed with trying to move my father's dog across the country after he became unable to take care of him anymore. Stephanie and Smoky Mt took great care of our boy and got him safely across the country in great time. We are so happy to have him home with us!

They had to deal with a blizzard and tornados on the way to us with our dog and did a great job communicating and still made it faster than we did when we drove the same route. Our pup was happy and healthy when he got here so I don't think we could have asked for anything more. Great folks!

This was such an amazingly wonderful experience. My sister had just passed away and I had to get her dog from the east coast to it's new owner on the west coast . I was so stressed and feeling overwhelmed. Someone told me to try CitizenShipper. Again, I felt lost and didn't know what I was doing. I contacted several of the bidders. Smoky Mt Pet Transport was the only one that replied back in a timely manner. They were so patient and accommodating with helping me through every step. They arrived right on time and were so kind and gentle with Kory. Additionally, they kept me informed throughout the trip, several photo updates. They even gave him a chew bone which I had forgotten to send along. I can not tell you what a weight this took off of me during this difficult time.
