Amazing company, they send a dayli update about you pet. The app however is not user friendly we ended up communicating better outside the app. There was a couples of hipcups on the delivery schedule resulting in a delayed but it was better to be safe for everyone including the driver than sorry. Absolutely amazing experience with Mr. Rick! He was reliable and caring throughout the entire transportation process for my two dogs — a 65-pound husky and a 57-pound lab. My lab has high anxiety that can sometimes lead to aggression, but Mr. Rick is truly a dog whisperer. He handled her with such calm and expertise that I was instantly put at ease. I can not express how happy we are that we chose Adam to transport our new puppy. We recently adopted an 8 week old pomapoo and he tried her like a queen! He even got her a new carrier that was perfect for her size, he spoiled her, played with her, and most importantly kept her safe. The weather conditions of his drive were not great but he took every precaution to ensure him and our puppy were safe while also making every effort to come on time. He messaged us before the drive, answered any questions we had, and he even was flexible about the day of travel. He was extremely reasonably regarding pricing and you can tell he really has a passion for pets and loves what he does! He sent us updates along his drive and sent us adorable pictures of our pup along the way. He is a reliable, responsible, kind, and compassionate pet transporter. The worst experience I have been put through. My goldendoodle pet was picked up on Tuesday in Mckinney, TX and promised within 48. hours to Tampa, Fl. I had vey little communication when he didn't arrive in 48 hours and then a text stating the driver had a mental breakdown. Then the owner of the transport would not call me and very little communication, a day goes by then I get a picture of my dog (now in Kentucky off route) looking very scared and a different driver took over. I was promised the arrival on Friday, again another delay. The 3rd drive text on Friday - 5 days later stating he has my dog and was called late in the night to pick my dog up in S. Carolina. I have asked for a call and no call- at this point I think the dog has been either hurt or they lost him.. I call the 3rd driver and he was also confused as he got the late night call he was honest and told me the dog was lethargic and he would be at my home in an hour. He arrived and was just a hired contractor. The experience was horrible, my dog is dehydrated, skinny as he has not eaten well and will not eat. I now have to take him to the emergency vet. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IMPERIAL PERFORMANCE INC. AND CITIZEN SHIPPER DID NOT PROPERLY VET THIS COMPANY

Brianna was the most amazing person to work with. We needed transport on a puppy about to be put down. Logistics were difficult considering he was all the way across the state. With just 20 minutes notice Brianna took off on a five hour drive (10 round trip). She secured the pup and headed back. Even with a little (or big) mess made in her car she just pressed on and got the little guy here in practically record time. He could not have been in better hands. Besides her repour with dogs she is very personable, sweet and obviously hard working. You could not possible go wrong working with Brianna of Four Paws TLC.

Lisa is absolutely amazing. She took good care of my two cats. This past year has been a rough one for me moving from Georgia to Virginia and somewhat of emergent situation. I have been resettling in Virginia and had to stay with my brother and my four-year-old son for a little while. I finally got my own apartment as I rebuilt my life with my son. I had not been able to get my kitty cats due to financial issues. I finally have gotten settled in Virginia and the past year and a half without my kitty. Cats has been absolutely miserable. They’ve been staying with my dad in Virginia who’s not so much of a cat person and the guilt was weighing on me heavily. Lisa picked up my kitty cats from Georgia without judgment as my dad made them outside animals strictly. I knew they would need a lot of love when they got to Virginia, but she never once made me feel uncomfortable or bad. She just brought my boys to me and provided me regular updates shared her map with me, took pictures of them along the way and made me feel so happy to know that they were safe and taken care of with her. I would absolutely recommend Lisa to transport your babies. She made amazing time from Georgia to Virginia which normally takes me 12 to 14 hours. She made it in around nine. She put them both in the same cage where they had a litter box and food. One of my cats is a handful, but she did it with Grace and professionalism. She doesn’t know how much that trip meant to me to be with my animals has relieve so much anxiety and stress for me. Forever, I will be grateful.
