1,000% would recommend to anyone needing to ship a pet, especially military families! Our pup had a great time, and arrived happy and healthy. Communication was top notch! We got numerous updates with pictures about how she was doing, which helps so much with peace of mind. You can really tell that these guys love what they do. If we have another need for transport like this I will reach out to these guys 100%.

I cannot thank Chris and his wife working as a team enough for taking our 4 month old Central Asian Puppy across the country to his new owner, driving from Montana to Ohio. Although only a puppy, he was not the easiest to deal with. He is a true guard dog and even at such a young age he growled at Chris trying to bite him, HOWEVER, we could tell immediately Chris knew how to handle him. He sent us pictures often with daily updates and ironically, his own dog traveling with him was able to calm our puppy down a lot. We had flown all the other puppies prior and never used a ground transportation company before. This was a great experience, we never worried about the trip and would most certainly recommend Chris to deliver anyone's pets via ground transport without any hesitation! Great job done!

My military family members had an older Shiba Inu that they didn't think would do well on a 12 hour flight to their next duty station. They rehomed him to friends who had fostered him during another deployment. The Alpha Team (Elysia & Chris) were very understanding of our situation and made the transport so easy on everyone. We so appreciated the door to door pick-up and delivery and that they could also take his crate along (some shippers don't have room for that). They sent photos along the way and that made the process easier too. Thank you to Alpha Team - if we ever need to ship a critter again, we will contact you first!
