I’m a dog breeder and have used this sight multiple times and this has been my best experience! He is very accommodating, extremely responsive, keeps you updated the whole time, and sends lots of videos so you can watch your dog along the way. His dog Nova is super sweet and in my experience made my puppies feel better on the long car ride knowing they were not alone. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Jessica was amazing throughout, she helped us understand the process up front and kept us informed during the process. She managed the customs clearance for us (even facetimes us when she received Molly from Customs) and during the trip she kept us updated frequently on her progress and Molly's wellbeing. During the trip, Meredith sent plenty of photos and updates and took great, great care of him! I was very nervous about the process, as our animals have always been with us, but after the first conversation with him, I knew we were in good hands. It allowed us to take some stress off of our WA to FL move…which was much needed and greatly appreciated. Juan and Rulana are tough, wise, loving and very skilled at this business. It is not a simple endeavor to safely and skillfully transport pets across states and even across the country, like they do. I am totally in awe of their fortitude and acumen in navigating the endless situations and obstacles that can and do present. They are worth their weight in Gold. With long-term professional driving experience and dog whispering skills, you can't beat this duo. I was soooo nervous because my dogs have never been in a crate or been transported like this, and 2 of mine are challenging shelter babies, but it was so much better than driving the long distance and navigating rest stops and hotels (especially if you have more than 2 dogs (I have 4)) So, save the driving, pare down on what you need to move, ship those items and buy a cheap plane ticket to your destination. Rulana and Juan will safely get your doggies (or any animal) to you. They sent me amazing videos of the dog-parks where they stopped along the way and I could see how happy my doggies were and how much they had come, in such a short time, to have affection for Juan and Rulana. It's never an ideal situation to move pets, but if you have to do it, you should hire them.

My dog had been through some trauma and was very scared in the first picture but the next picture she looked so happy as she was “navigating” their trip. Patrick went out of his way to treat her like a princess. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

All my nerves disappeared almost immediately as Gigi was so conscientious and kept me posted with updates, gps and videos. It’s clear they love animals and understand their different needs as personalities. More so how careful they are with their wellbeing and safety. If I had to book again I would not use them. Yes Macimus arrived, but after using CitizenShipper more than 10 times this was the first terrible experience I had. I was under the impression that it was Pam and her husband that would be transporting him, it was two men - which my assumption is that they are drivers for her, not her actual husband, but that’s just my conspiracy. We had a minor misunderstanding when I booked with the payment (I posted it on Venmo as a service which charges them a fee instead of me) which I resolved immediately before he was picked up, but was my fault. I was told he would not be crated and would be separated from the corgi in the front seat and the dog in the crate in the trunk area and he would have the entire back row - he had half the row which he shared with a cat that was crated, which I was never informed would be on the trip. I understand picking up multiple pets but when am told he is going to have a designated area, I was upset when I found out it wasn’t true. Regardless, what really upset me was halfway through the trip the location link stopped working and when I asked for their location because I had heard from them or received photos in 28 hours, the man proceeded to fight with me that I didn’t pay for the GPS upgrade and refused to turn around and just snap a photo so I knew Mac was okay. I explained how to share the location link and he proceeded to fight with me that he wouldn’t turn off his GPS to share his location. I even did a screen recording and explained that all he had to do was swipe up and not exit the GPS, but he refused to share the link and then stopped responding to my texts. Pam herself was understanding and tentative, when I raised concerns to her, she was responsive and did get involved. I just feel like I was somewhat lied to about the details of the trip, and I was not pleased with the drivers lack of consideration or understanding to just share their location or send a photo when they say they will. So I wouldn’t say BEWARE but definitely be weary that the details of what you are told may not be what you actually get.

If you are looking for a SAFE transfer for your fur babies, Rulana and Juan are the ones for you!
