Christine was AMAZING! She was literally a lifesaver for me. I found out I needed to transport my dog back home after I completed a military commitment and I needed to do it ASAP. I had never used CitizenShipper before and was nervous, I had no idea how it all worked. She talked me through the whole process and was extremely patient. She was understanding through some delays in working with his foster family for pick-up. She kept me up to date on his progress and how he was doing. I was beyond greatful when he arrived happy and healthy. He's a very anxious 85lb dog and Christine was not the least bit fazed. I was MORE than impressed with Bone Creek Ranch Transport. They were of course firstly cost effective - so game them a look. After chatting with Katelyn .... she was sharp and professional. We planned it a few weeks out and everything went like clockwork. Our dogs, both Bull Mastiffs - who can be challenging due to their size were handled with love and care. Katelyn was outstanding with keeping us posted both in the morning and evening on their four day cross country journey. Verbal and photo updates were great to get and gave us assurance that things were progressing nicely. Finally, they picked up AND delivered.....RIGHT ON TIME! That alone today goes a long way. From the first interaction with Bill about transporting my daughter's 60lb Golden Doodle "Charlie" from Texas, to lower Manhattan, Bill was exceptional. His transport van is very spacious and welcoming for pets of all varieties. Bill is a retired NYPD sergeant and stays very aware of the weather conditions, making sure to choose the safest path, not just the fastest. Fair to say that Bill is more concerned about safety than just getting to his destination quickly to drop-off and obtain another shipment. Bill did a great job communicating with us daily through video and text messages to keep us abreast on their where abouts and Charlie's well-being. I say all this to say that if the need ever arises again, I'd definitely call on Bill!

Taylor, or “Saint Taylor,” as I called her, is such a kind “human”. When I met her, I was not ready with my animal in a crate, that day I was simply too busy with moving into another place, to have any chance to get my cat ready for the long transportation journey. Within minutes of meeting me, Taylor was on her knees helping me locate my cat (who was hiding behind a huge motorcycle) With an easy smile, and a lot of patience, Taylor helped me catch my scary cat, and accommodated everything in her vehicle so that my cat would be confortable on a long ride from Utah to Florida. In addition Taylor is so nice, that,, within hours I was receiving pictures of my scary cat making friends with Taylor. My cat is distrustful , nervous, silly cat, and was completely “chill”with her new friend. Taylor communicated with me throughout the journey, even as she had to take a huge detour from the planed route. Due to an unexpected spring winter snow storm, she was forced to take back roads. I was not only amazed at her patience with my cat, I was so pleased to be her new “friend”. I would wholeheartedly recommend giving “Diamond's In Transit” a chance. Gave me brief overall of what happened with my cat during ride eating or drinking. Very polite! Driver was great. Dog arrived safely and fed. Manager was not very communicative with timing updates. The car ride took 27 hours vs. 16 as originally quoted. We are understanding and flexible, but would have appreciated timely updates so we knew what to expect. Overall, we had a good experience and recommend Corky's - but suggest you communicate your timing expectations very clearly.

We came across this service by a simple google search. To be honest since I’be never seen such a thing, I wasn’t sure how legitimate it was. I have always flown with my dog so this was this first time I desperately needed an alternative. I was needing to move back home without a car & searching for something affordable was very important to me. Looking through all the offers I came to find that Pam was the best option for us. Explained to me her travel process and care for our dog. I appreciated that after completing booking, her husband called me to give me more of an insight on their family business and the process moving forward. He answered all my questions and kept me up to date on arrival. There was a delay in our pick up due to some car issues on their end, but Pam’s husband notified me right away. I am very happy with the service that Melissa and her mom provided for us in transporting our new 12 week old puppy from Ontario, Oregon to Oceanside, California.
