I just had my Togo shipped, and honestly, I couldn't have done it any better myself! Anna was amazing, she provided me with live location and photo updates the entire time, so I knew where my dog was at any moment. Everything went super well at all steps considering that the driver had almost no english and we didn't know that in advance. There was excellent backup by tele to help us and the driver, but we could have done a better job for everyone, shipper, receiver, and driver, if we had telephone backup sooner to assist the language differences. I would encourage Tempus Logic to remain active in the placement of the load until it is certain that the driver and type of truck/trailer is identified AND the support for any language differences are in place in the 24 hours b4 pickup and all the way through to confirming delivery. I would definitely work with all of the companies and people that were part of this move again!!!

Do not ship with this company. After a week of promising they would be able to pick up the boat, they failed. It was critical the boat be picked up withing a week. I emailed them almost everyday asking for an update. They continued to guarantee they would pick up the shipment by the deadline we agreed to. When the deadline came, they asked for more time. Before I booked the shipment with them, I made it very clear the boat must be picked up on or before the deadline. After the deadline had passed, the response I received was they tried and sorry it didn't work out. You can't trust what they say.

The communication should increase especially when the trip gets near. The orginal date was missed. I had to make last minute alternate arrangements. Once furry pets got my animals the communication was precise. They reached out to me to provide progress. They were polite. My animals loved the transporters. I received my animals. They were healthy and happy. My recommendation is to improve on communication prior to retrieval.

I was told that it would take 2-3 days to get my dogs from Utah to Florida. After my dogs were picked up, other deliveries were accepted, so it took 6 days to get them to me. My dogs had to go all the way to New York before they made their way to Florida. That was very unfair to my dogs.

Cody was great! Through every curve that could be thrown he came through with flying colors. First.... this transfer was not time sensitive... the first time he tried, the breeder could not get the puppy across the border. So we opted for the next trip a month later. The next trip, crossing the border was a piece of cake for the breeder,,, They met Cody in Fargo and he started his American tour. I got daily pictures and reports.... This Irish Setter was 8 months old when he arrived,,,,, I met Cody at the Interstate, so he did not have the 25 miles into the back woods, WV mountains in the dark. He was very pleasant..... even purchased the special dog food the breeder asked for the dog to be fed.... gladly reimbursed him the charges plus extra.... would definitely suggest him in the future.. I too am a breeder and have shipped puppies all over the United States..... my regular person laughed when I asked him to go to the upper North West in the winter...This will move Cody to the top of the list in the future..I have paid the other shipper tens of thousands over the years..... This new guy just raised the quality of future liters by 10 times.

Jana and Andy are just incredible. My life took a big curveball and I was relocating very quickly from Colorado to New Jersey. My dog Jagger is a rescue who spent nearly 10 months in a shelter before I adopted him. Since I adopted him, we’ve rarely ever been separated. So, deciding on how he was getting across the country, without me, was a huge decision and one that I was so nervous to make. Upon finding this website and then finding Jana and Andy — I just had a great gut feeling. They are warm, kind, experienced, and felt like they would treat Jagger as their own during their time on the road. They always provided me updates along the way and they even allowed Jagger in bed with them at night to cuddle and sleep. It’s truly rare to find such animal lovers who also happen to be pros at road trips. What a beautiful couple they are inside and out. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone finding themselves in need of a dog sitter or dog transport, and I would gladly serve as a reference for them as I know how hard it is to make these decisions for your pets (or in my case, he’s like my kid). Cannot thank them enough!!! They are wonderful!!!!!! I even hope we keep in touch as Jagger truly adored them too.

Sent $3150.00, yes three thousand and one hundred fifty dollars for Joseph Daniel frith to provide to the breeder, once he arrives, I needed to send him $1300 for his transportation, however, Jospeh has blocked me once the money has been received, I’ve worked with the breeder for a few years, Joseph claims he paid the breeder which is false. I’m trying to cooperate with him, I offered him to return $2500 and keep $650, he has blocked me on social media, my family phone numbers have been blocked and so is the Amish breeder. The rescue pups needed a home and you have scammed us. You’ll be on every social media making sure everyone is aware of this situation, a police report will be completed, you will be served in person which you can be easily found since youll be reported to USDA, BBB, we already have your license plate number and will make sure you will not be in business after this. I’m more upset I trusted you as a person, based on your reviews and professionalism during our communication. I mentioned a few times, let’s squash this issue, karma will get you soon, it’s not worth the 3k law suit that’ll end up being a 25k law suit. You seemed like a nice guy, maybe the devil got into you, I can have this removed. Let us know how you’d like to proceed ASAP!
