At first, I was a little worried that a long trip with a stranger might be stressful for him, but after talking with Trevor on the phone, I felt confident that Grizzly would be in good hands. Trevor even took the time to introduce himself to Grizzly the day before pickup, which really helped put my mother at ease. Throughout the journey, Trevor kept us updated with pictures and videos, and it was clear that Grizzly was having a great time! He seemed to enjoy the adventure—especially having Trevor’s dog, Nova, as a travel buddy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Terry from Home Sweet Home Pet Services was absolutely wonderful to me & my 2 kitties. I received text messages, voice notes, pictures, location shares & videos throughout the entire transport. Prior to the pick-up, I received simple detailed instructions along w/ expectations. I could contact him any time prior to the pick-up, which was great bc ofc I had some Qs (CA to MD long trip). I was never left wondering about the process. Terry had a huge crate so my two chunky kitties could be together. Throughout the trip, Terry ensured my boys were fed on a schedule & given lots of water throughout the day. The cats were a little stressed at first & didn’t eat much, but by the end of the trip back to normal. My one kitty even tried to be friends w/ Terry. In summary, my experience was amazing and I will 💯 utilize Terry again for future moves. And hands does refer him to anyone needing pet transport services. He’s had one client for 5 years delivering well cared for puppies to loving homes. I understand why she utilizes Terry as puppies are special cargos.
