I'm so thankful that Rulana and Juan responded to the transport request of our dog Bucky. They had an upcoming delivery near our pickup location and a subsequent pickup just south of our destination. As such, they were able to fit our dog in and offer an amazing price. The price, however, is not the primary reason that we chose them. The first thing that drew me in was the USDA certification (not just registration). This shows that they went through the long process to qualify for the certification plus it gave me an idea of the measures that they would take to transport our dog. Second was the timely responsiveness to my questions from my first communication through my ultimate decision to select them. This communication continued after I selected them. They picked up our pet when they said they would, provided photos and videos at every stop along the way (including dog parks), provided live GPS coordinates throughout the trip, and stayed in constant communication with us. They delivered Bucky much quicker than expected in great condition and high spirits. After delivery, Rulana took extra time to give us a tour of their van and the USDA-defined measures that they use to ensure safe transport of their furry guests. I highly recommend R & J Dragonfly Express Pro Transport and will definitely use them in the future.

She was picked up in Ada Oklahoma and delivered to Panama City. Robert (the driver) was patient with Piper as she had never been in a cage. He said she told him all about it for hours but he kept talking to her and loved on her when they stopped to take breaks. When he dropped Piper off, he told her he loved her, he hugged and gave her a kiss on her head. He even wants to stay in contact as she grows. How special and loving he is! Travis was amazing!🤩 He was at my door to pick up my dog early! His truck is spacious and fit all her stuff, plus her large crate! He took photos and movies of her to send to me during the drive! He took her to multiple dog parks for exercise along the trip route, then ended up getting her to her destination early! My dog was very happy and well cared for! totally honest, I’m a nervous person. And was a bit nervous at first since I hadn’t met her before and had to send money online, but she was absolutely amazing! I sent her the cash for the dog, and she handled everything — paid the breeder and drove the dog safely across America to me. Was nervous how our pets would handle the cross country trip but they were in great hands. I combed through many other companies but so happy I went with the Garrisons they got them to us in just a couple days ,our dog wasn't in the crate the whole way which was a plus! If we ever need to transport pets again would absolutely book with them again!
