Wow!!! Nitro Pet express went above and beyond to get us our sweet girl back. In 2018, we rehomed our australian cattle dog to a good home in the Marysville area. We vetted who we rehomed her to and felt confident she would be well cared for. Fast forward 5 years later and we were notified by Everett Animal Shelter that she was picked up as a stray. We couldn’t get in contact with the other family, but none of that mattered because we knew we wanted her back. We filled out the adoption papers and Nitro Pet Express drove to the shelter from Portland to pick her up. Not only did Cody pick her up at the shelter, he followed all medical care instructions, and delivered her safely to us in Colorado Springs. His van was very spacious and she had a large kennel for her trip. There was constant communication throughout their travels. I would feel 100% comfortable shipping with Nitro Express any day of the week. Thank you for safely getting our girl back to us!

I was a first time "pet shipper" and Nitro took the time to clearly explain the process to me. Communications regarding how to navigate the booking, schedule pickup, periodic updates during transport, and delivery were superb. Moreover, Nitro was exceptionally courteous and responsive during the entire process. The transport was for two cats, from NJ to CA. The cats were well cared for as the pictures sent during transport showed them eating and drinking in a comfortably sized crate. I would not hesitate to recommend Nitro and use them again.
