Army, who along with my wife Jessica, daughter Ashley along with her husband Mike. We are on a mission to provide a smooth process when it comes to transporting your beloved pets. We are dog and cat CPR certified. We love all kinds of animals; dogs, cats,(with & w/o fur), bearded dragons, flying squirrels, bunnies, turtles, spiders, snakes, you get the picture. 😊 We may be new to this platform but not to transporting animals. You may ask, why our number of transports are so low? We have great clients who do repeat service directly with us, or contact us through other platforms. We are constantly busy. What we offer; 🐾 GPS tracking 🌎 through Life 360 app. 🐾 We'll also send pictures 📷 every time that we stop. 🐾 We stop every 3-4 hours to allow for breaks, so they can stretch their legs and answer the call of nature. Please ask about our military and first responders discount. A portion of every delivery is Donated to THE SURVIVING VETERAN. A non profit that is dedicated to providing every Veteran in need of a service animal transport and training at no cost. We now offer flight ✈️ Nanny services. We require half due upon booking. I have spent 20 years as a Commercial Truck Driver 🚐 and maintain a class A CDL license. In addition to being a driver for Uber, where I carried a 5 star rating for over 2 years. I have spent 10 years working as a ranch hand where I worked with horses as well as dogs on a daily basis. My Daughter is a licensed pet groomer as well as a kennel tech. My wife is a certified pet sitter. I've hauled horses 🐎, cattle, flatbed trailers, to vehicles. Together we are bringing our knowledge of the interstate systems and the rules of the road, combined with our knowledge and love of animals we are helping pet owners and their fur babies reach their destinations with as little stress as possible. Here at SFT Logistics LLC, we believe that pets are part of the family and are meant to be spoiled. ✨️🎉🎊 We provide the following for their trip; 🐾 Blankets and beds. 🐾 Treats "With your approval". 🐾 Sanitized food and water bowls. 🐾 Rest stops every 3 to 4 hours, to stretch their legs and to take care of nature. We do this in order to give them as much of a stress free journey as possible. In a loving environment. We also guarantee a reliable, fast and hassle free delivery. We have non-stop delivery upon request. We follow a strict puppy protocol of "no paws on the ground" policy, for puppies under 16 weeks of age or those who have not yet received all of their vaccinations. This ensures the health and safety of our youngest travelers by protecting them from potential hazards during the journey. How it works: After you accept my bid on CitizenShipper, we can communicate freely. We are unable to share contact information until the bid is accepted on this platform. CitizenShipper charges customers a booking fee, we never see any of that, both customers and drivers pay a fee to use this platform. We only get what you accepted as the bid. We accept most forms of payment including: Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, we also accept all major credit cards through Square. We are registered with the USDA. Upon booking, we do require a 50% deposit 💸 to be paid. Cancellation Timeframes & Refunds: - 24 to 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations within this timeframe will not receive their deposit back. For everyday beyond the agreed upon delivery date, a $100.00 fee will be applied towards the balance. - Rescheduling Policy: We allow one reschedule at no additional cost if requested at least 48 hours in advance of the original transport date. - Exceptions: In the case of extreme weather, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may offer rescheduling options, or a partial or full refund at our discretion. By booking with SFT Logistics LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. If you have any questions, please contact us directly. Great team! Highly recommend this doggie duo to transport your pup for a reasonable price. Very loving and sweet to my mini golden doodle; treated her like family. When they got to my house, she wanted to stay with them and get back in the car! :0)

I would highly recommend this transporter Ashley and her partner were amazing kept me up to date the entire time GPS photos they left on Thursday and the dog arrived Friday morning Price was fantastic and you can definitely tell they care about what they do I would absolutely use them again highly recommend five stars.

Hands down our transport with Ashely & Michael deserve a glowing review. They transported all 5 of our fur babies across the country. I didn’t want to drive 20 plus hours in a car with them. SFT did a great job delivering my dog to my mom’s house. Their communication was great, they were incredibly accommodating, and were clearly kind, animal loving business owners. They also made my dog at home with a very comfortable ride. They sent me pictures during their trip and I was pleased to see my dog slept happily the whole way. She rarely sleeps in the car when I drive so I know she was happy and content! I would recommend SFT to my friends and family as well as use them again myself in the future.

These are some great people. They were on time and underbid everyone but that didnt come with shortcuts. My GSD and Shorkie needed to be transported to LAX from San Antonio. Along the way the dogs got a mini vacation at parks. And the pics were plentiful, along with updates. After they got there some problems arose with my pet relocator and they were asked to take care of them for a couple more days. We’ll back on the vacation they went. And not to mention this is a Vet owned company. Thanks yall, safe travels.
