Marlo ended loving Michelle and Kevin like if they were his parents, their service was outstanding, first class communication, they are too much! Not one single detail was skipped making their passenger feel comfortable and loved , they even sprayed him with a calming scent to help him with the stress of traveling for the first time with people he didn’t know, leaving behind his comfort zone and his family, they knew how to gain his trust! When he left, they noticed the sadness of his mom, they kept her updated like me with photos too.. They build a tent to have him close to them… Not only that, when they arrived Michelle sat on the floor to play with him and he just jumped, sat on her lap and kissed her to show her how much he loved her, after that he jumped to reach Kevin on the couch and did the same with Kevin, no words to describe what I felt and witnessed , his reaction was enough to show me who they are… without any doubt I highly recommend them, they are family…not even dreaming I could have expected more and something like this…in just 24 hours they not only gained his trust, they gained 100% of true love, my infinite gratitude and respect. Absolutely amazing transportation service for my dog. They were so sweet and had great communication the whole way. They love animals and especially the ones they are transporting. They had fresh water in a cooler for the dogs which was great. It’s scary sending your loved animals with strangers but they did not feel like strangers at all. Will be using them in the future and recommending them to anyone I can. ♥️ & their prices you can’t beat! Thank you for what you do!

Michelle and Kevin did a phenomenal job transporting our 4 year old adopted Dobie to us. They gave us regular updates over the 2 days of travel and took excellent care of our guy. We were late to the meet up, and they were very patient. They were also very reasonable in their price. I would trust our guy to them any time.
