Provided a transport kennel and we couldn't be more happy with his service. Yes, there were cheaper options but would you go get surgery from the cheapest doctor?? His price was more than reasonable and the care he took was priceless!! Great job CJ as we appreciate your professionalism. If anyone makes choices to go elsewhere, it would be a gamble. First and foremost, I would like to state what resilient, hard working, and caring people Katelyn and her Family are. I was extremely nervous having my dog transported across the country, especially during the winter months, but Bone Creek Ranch took care of business! This trip turned out to be a "Murphy's Law" kind of trip where no one was at fault, but all external forces seemed to be working against us. This resulted in some delays, but BCR did their absolute best to stay on schedule and keep me informed every step of the way. They were even nice enough to grant me a small discount and mail my dog's favorite blanket and toys to me that were unfortunately left behind. You can learn a lot about a business when things are going well, but even more when things aren't. Stay away from Shawn and his company. I selected Shawn because they were a small business starting out, had an enclosed trailer. Day of pickup, No communication. Finally I reach out and am told the truck/trailer broke down. Will pickup tomorrow. Next day comes, no communication. I reach out again, truck/trailer is still broken. No ETA or apologies. Told me the next day for pickup. Day 3, Shawn is not returning my calls/texts and am told the next day by some random number texting me. I have shipped 10 vehicles in the past 24 months, and this was the worst experience I've ever had. Who knows who will pick up my vehicle, when it will be picked up, when it will be delivered.... I don't and neither does Shawn.

Incredible service! I highly, highly recommend booking with them. I loved the fact that they only transport two pets at a time, and the van they transport them in was nice and spacious, with lots of windows that let in natural light. It put me at ease knowing my fur baby wasn't going to be stressed cooped up in a crate in the dark. They also were in regular communication with me, sent me daily photos of my pet on walks, being fed, sleeping soundly, etc. It made me feel so much less anxious about the trip (from south FL to Cali). Also, they made the cross-country trip in RECORD time. They picked up my dog from south FL Saturday morning, and he arrived in the Bay Area, CA by Tuesday morning! Truly incredible service at a super competitive price. Don't hesitate AT ALL to book with JGP Transportation. If I ever need to transport my pet again, I'd do it with them in a heartbeat!

We had a great experience transporting our dog, Olive, from Colorado to Georgia with Timothy. He was available and responsive via text and phone before and during the transport. Timothy worked to accommodate our "delivery date" and sent picture updates of our dog during the drive. He also shared a GPS tracker so we could see where he was as he was driving. Devin was super communicative the whole trip! My cats were obviously stressed about the long drive, and I could tell he really cared about their well being. When one of my cats wasn't eating her food he went as far to make stops to pick up things he hoped she would eat to make sure she was okay. I made an offhand remark about how the only people food she likes is tuna, and he picked up a can which got her to eat!! They arrived safely and are very happy to be home! Would 100% recommend.
