I can't express how awesome R&J are. They had agreed to transport my boy chief down to Texas from Michigan. Upon hearing about my current situation. They offered to add another dog at no cost to me. I had to save my boy ranger from people that were not addressing his health issues. His toe nail has been ripped off when I found him the night they were picking up chief. Without asking they bandaged his foot and have absolutely went above and beyond anything asked of them because they are genuinely good people who love animals. They shared the same concerns and treated my boys better then I could have ever asked. The price they quoted me was fair and affordable, especially with adding another dog without me asking they offered. The care that was provided to my boys was second to none. The worst I’ve ever dealt with. They had me pay instantly saying they were headed to get the vehicle, to then find out 3 days later it still wasn’t picked up, told it would be the next day… still not, told the next day… still not, that went on for 3 days. I now have canceled out of this as it’s ridiculous. I will say the company was respectful, communicative, not completely honest, but they also have tried to make it right. That being said with what I was offered, I will attempt to use them again and in high hopes that my next experience is good and I can update my review to a 5 star! Kelly went above and beyond with shipping my new rescue dog from Houston to Ft. Myers February 25,2025. Not only was his fee reasonable to fly her here but he was quick with answering my questions and putting me at ease on how the process worked. When plans changed with him flying her here with the personal plane due to his pilot friend getting sick, he immediately made alternative plans to fly commercial. He did not charge any extra which surprised us but also showed how professional he is and a man of his word. We received updates from Kelly when he picked our girl up from her previous owner and at the airport we received photos and updates and when they got on the plane. We met them at the gate when they got off and she looked so relaxed and happy. Kelly even had her blanket packed in his backpack so she had something familiar to snuggle with when she got to our home. Kelly checked in after we got home to make sure she was settling in. Trevor was absolutely amazing!!! Our dog, Frank, a shar pei mix, was picked up in Batavia, IL and had a wonderful trip to San Francisco! Trevor's dog, Nova, made the trip with Frank and the two dogs became furry friends immediately:) Trevor exceeded our expectations, his communication with us was incredible. We knew their exact location at all times and we received many texts, photos, and videos throughout each day. Trevor stopped every 2-3 hours to let the dogs stretch and get some fresh air! He planned the trip (the route, stops and pet friendly hotels) with great care! Our dog, Frank, was in such good hands! Frank can get kindof anxious in certain situations and Trevor knew just how to calm him. We feel very fortunate that we found Trevor, his personal attention to detail and all the attention he gave Frank was something we'll never forget. I would highly recommend him!!! He was the best!!!

I had an amazing experience with Shawn. I gave her a very challenging mission—taking my anxious and injured 75-lb chocolate Lab 1500 miles up into the deep snow of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan! She arrived to pick Sammy up right on time and the moment she opened her SUV, he jumped in and began giving her kisses! That was a great start. Over the 3-day journey, she had to feed and give Sammy meds three times a day. She constantly sent me photos of a very happy dog, including on the bed of her hotel room! Sammy was received by my wife and the reunion was complete. Shawn obviously cared for Sammy as more than just a delivery. I would never use anyone else to transport my animals!

Turns out she was going to be a little over 100 miles from my pickup after her delivery and by 8 am the next morning she had my delivery in hand and was heading my way!
