Hello!! I’m Tammy Jo of TJ’S Pet Transportation. I have taken a few years off from transporting to help out with a sick family member. I am expanding into some light weight hauling as well. I am ready to hit the road again! I started out in the pet business over 30 years ago when I got my first job working on a farm at the age of 15. The summer I turned 18 I learned how to groom and went on to manage a pet supply store. 25 of those years I spent grooming, learning dog behavior, proper care and first aid. Making sure that your pet is healthy, happy and safe while it is with me is my number one priority. It doesn't matter if your special baby is full of energy or shy, they are the pet for me. I have a Standard Poodle and she loves babies. So the transition will be less stressful and as seamless as possible. Here at TJ’S Transportation I make sure and stop every 3 hours so they can stretch their legs and go potty unless your baby hasn’t been fully vaccinated. In that case they are provided potty pads that are changed every three hours or sooner so we can keep your baby clean. Our days last around 12 hours with 8 of those being actual drive time. The other four hours a dedicated to potty breaks, play time and having some down time so they can eat. By the end of the day we are all ready for some quite rest. Things I will need from you if you choose to use my services for your pet... Current shot records, health certificate from a vet and food for the trip. Please remember upon bid conformation I require a %50 deposit and the remaining balance upon delivery. The health and safety of all the pets I transport come first. When it comes to hauling I provide blankets, straps and an appreciation for others items. I have moved more times than I care to remember and was taught how to tie things down by a long time trucker. I usually don't write reviews, but in this instance, I feel compelled to. Tammy Jo surpassed my expectations in everyway. My dog was scheduled to have stitches removed, so Tammy Jo pushed the pick-up date to make sure that there was enough time for him to be totally healed. She treated him like an absolute Prince for the duration of the 2,000 mile trip, that she did in less than 2 and a half days. I can't write enough great things about her. It was all amazing. The only potential negative is..... your pet might not want to leave Tammy Jo's side at delivery. My dog was looking back for her as she drove away. Great experience from first contact to delivery. VERY highly recommended!! Thank you!!
