My two girl cats had never been in the car for more than 15 minutes and Regina kept them so happy, and so comfortable, with no issues for 4 days. Regina supplied my girls with an abundance of love, treats, and everything was constantly kept clean from them. She sends tons of updates, and gives you access to live tracking for the entire route. I want to start this review by saying I genuinely hope this business owner is okay because I genuinely do not know what happened here. I booked a transport for my dog back in June for our big move from NY to CA. I picked JP because the price was great, she seemed to be genuine, kind and willing to take care of animals she is transporting. At booking I paid her the deposit, signed an agreement and all was good. Two weeks ago, I emailed Jenn to just make sure everything was all set and ready to go. Didn’t get a response. That’s okay, I’m sure she’s busy I’ll reach out again in a week through text. I waited a week, I texted her the same thing on October 13th, a week and half before our move. My text got delivered, but no response. Waited another week, still no response. I messaged her on this site, and called her but still no response. So now, a full 3 days before this huge move I have NO ONE to come pick up my dog. No confirmation that anyone is coming to get him, no one to communicate his feeding instructions or medication instructions to. I’m extremely disappointed in this service and won’t be using citizenshipper again. I’m hoping to get refunded my $700, as now I need to pay for another company to transport my dog on extremely short notice. Again, I pray to God nothing has happened to this young woman and everything is okay, but I am extremely alarmed and uncomfortable about the fact I have not been able to get in touch with anyone for two weeks. So my dog will most definitely NOT be traveling with this company.

Jennifer and Chris were great! I had them transport a dog from California to Virginia, within a particular timeframe, and they were very accommodating. Also, their rates are very reasonable when you look at the service they provide (cargo van setup, multiple stops, itag at completion, updates along the way). What really impressed me was the extra certifications they hold to provide for Animal safety (CPR) - and while no one ever expects an pet emergency to happen, it was great, knowing that Hank would be in good hands if anything came up. When I was getting bids from all the companies, they were the only one who stated they required vaccinations when they sent over the bid. Maybe the other companies bring it up later, but the fact that I knew my dog had to have his vaccinations, meant that any other animals being transported at the same time, would also their shots - very reassuring during a time when Parvo is resurging. It may be a little bit more for their services when you get the lowest bid to compare with, but they are providing a very high quality service - and it was well worth the few dollars more for peace of mind and Hank’s comfort and well-being.

I was apprehensive about having my kitties fly from Ohio to California without me. They both are near and dear to my heart to say the least. My cats were picked up, transported, and delivered to my daughter without a glitch. Kristen and Joe set them up with 360, a tracker, so I always knew where they were and sent pictures along the way! Gentle hands sets up a private TSA check room to help with anxiousness of all the hustle and bustle. Very friendly and caring team. Do not use this provider! Krystal was in a car accident on her way to pick up our dog, a very unfortunate event. I had to cancel my flight and make other arrangements for our pet as she was unable to fulfill the service. I was understanding and made the best of a difficult situation. HOWEVER, this provider did not return the full deposit as she stated "I incurred costs (gas) in preparation to transport your dog." This is a provider issue, NOT a customer issue. I also incurred costs as a result of her situation in the form of a missed flight, car rental, and finding other transport. Working through the legalities of making this situation right through Citizen Shipper and other means. Will update when resolved.

After having a terrible experience with a shipper on this app, I was hesitant about going on here again but I needed to have my pups moved again. Even though there were no reviews yet for 4Kornerz, they had a reasonable bid. So I still reached out and had a conversation with Jannae about my previous experience, how horrible it was and how I was very skeptical just based off previous experience. All my skepticism was quickly dismissed, Jannae confirmed that they loved puppies and that I would be updated the entire trip. And that I was, every few hours I would get updates with pictures on how my dogs were doing and where they were. They even arrived a day early and my dogs were in great spirits, they seemed to have had a peaceful trip with no complications. For a trip over 2,000 miles, that really says a lot about them and I am forever grateful to have used them, she cared for my dogs like they were her own and I couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend and would use again. Thank you!

I would rate Nate 10 stars if I could. I live in California. My uncle died in Missouri and left behind a 16 year old cat who lost her whole world and was very scared. Regarding her anxious nature and skeptical of the citizen shipper service, it took me a long time to even decide on a driver. Through reading the reviews thoroughly, I came across Hayley. The booking process was super seamless and smooth, she was very responsive and addresses any questions and concerns I had. Nikki ended up being assigned for Sky’s trip due to schedule changes and I could not thank her enough. The idea of putting my dog in a stranger’s car for days really scared me especially with her medical condition. Nikki not only ensured her safety but Sky was more than happy to be with her and her sweetest son! For the entire trip, Nikki was not only quick and efficient but also super caring and provided all the love Sky deserved through the travels.
