To say Regina is wonderful, would be an understatement. Regina is kind, caring, attentive, communicative, and if I had to do this again, I’d choose Regina a million times over. My two girl cats had never been in the car for more than 15 minutes and Regina kept them so happy, and so comfortable, with no issues for 4 days. Regina supplied my girls with an abundance of love, treats, and everything was constantly kept clean from them. She sends tons of updates, and gives you access to live tracking for the entire route. My girls adored Regina, which speaks volumes about her character, as cats are picky with who they trust. She really is magic. If you’re debating, don’t. Choose Regina, she will love your fur babies like they are her own, and it’ll be one of smoothest decisions you’ve ever made. Thank you for making such a difficult situation, easier. You’re amazing Regina, and I’m so so thankful for you, so are miss Nitro and Coldbrew💜

Won by JP's Pet Taxi for $1,400.00

Shipment from Newburgh, NY to Hemet, CA

I want to start this review by saying I genuinely hope this business owner is okay because I genuinely do not know what happened here. I booked a transport for my dog back in June for our big move from NY to CA. I picked JP because the price was great, she seemed to be genuine, kind and willing to take care of animals she is transporting. At booking I paid her the deposit, signed an agreement and all was good. Two weeks ago, I emailed Jenn to just make sure everything was all set and ready to go. Didn’t get a response. That’s okay, I’m sure she’s busy I’ll reach out again in a week through text. I waited a week, I texted her the same thing on October 13th, a week and half before our move. My text got delivered, but no response. Waited another week, still no response. I messaged her on this site, and called her but still no response. So now, a full 3 days before this huge move I have NO ONE to come pick up my dog. No confirmation that anyone is coming to get him, no one to communicate his feeding instructions or medication instructions to. I’m extremely disappointed in this service and won’t be using citizenshipper again. I’m hoping to get refunded my $700, as now I need to pay for another company to transport my dog on extremely short notice. Again, I pray to God nothing has happened to this young woman and everything is okay, but I am extremely alarmed and uncomfortable about the fact I have not been able to get in touch with anyone for two weeks. So my dog will most definitely NOT be traveling with this company.

Won by Shake A Leg Transport, LLC for $1,100.00

Shipment from Whittier, CA to Roanoke, VA

Jennifer and Chris were great! I had them transport a dog from California to Virginia, within a particular timeframe, and they were very accommodating. Also, their rates are very reasonable when you look at the service they provide (cargo van setup, multiple stops, itag at completion, updates along the way). What really impressed me was the extra certifications they hold to provide for Animal safety (CPR) - and while no one ever expects an pet emergency to happen, it was great, knowing that Hank would be in good hands if anything came up. When I was getting bids from all the companies, they were the only one who stated they required vaccinations when they sent over the bid. Maybe the other companies bring it up later, but the fact that I knew my dog had to have his vaccinations, meant that any other animals being transported at the same time, would also their shots - very reassuring during a time when Parvo is resurging. It may be a little bit more for their services when you get the lowest bid to compare with, but they are providing a very high quality service - and it was well worth the few dollars more for peace of mind and Hank’s comfort and well-being.

They took the time to listen to me and learn about the kitties at drop off and were reassuring that they would be ok and they would send texts letting me know how they were doing. I was apprehensive about having my kitties fly from Ohio to California without me. They both are near and dear to my heart to say the least. My cats were picked up, transported, and delivered to my daughter without a glitch. Kristen and Joe set them up with 360, a tracker, so I always knew where they were and sent pictures along the way! Gentle hands sets up a private TSA check room to help with anxiousness of all the hustle and bustle. Very friendly and caring team. I would highly recommend Gentle Hands to anyone who has an animal they need transported from one place to another!! 10 🌟!!

I had to cancel my flight and make other arrangements for our pet as she was unable to fulfill the service. I was understanding and made the best of a difficult situation. HOWEVER, this provider did not return the full deposit as she stated "I incurred costs (gas) in preparation to transport your dog." This is a provider issue, NOT a customer issue. I also incurred costs as a result of her situation in the form of a missed flight, car rental, and finding other transport. Even though there were no reviews yet for 4Kornerz, they had a reasonable bid. So I still reached out and had a conversation with Jannae about my previous experience, how horrible it was and how I was very skeptical just based off previous experience. All my skepticism was quickly dismissed, Jannae confirmed that they loved puppies and that I would be updated the entire trip. And that I was, every few hours I would get updates with pictures on how my dogs were doing and where they were. They even arrived a day early and my dogs were in great spirits, they seemed to have had a peaceful trip with no complications. For a trip over 2,000 miles, that really says a lot about them and I am forever grateful to have used them, she cared for my dogs like they were her own and I couldn’t have asked for more. I was initially apprehensive since they are fairly new but I. Can not say enough about how satisfied we are with their service! From start to finish, their communication, attention to detail, transparency, transport setup and care of our new furbaby were exceptional. If we could give them a 10-star review we would. We highly recommend Furry Angels Express. Do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed. We will definitely will use them again.

I would rate Nate 10 stars if I could. I live in California. My uncle died in Missouri and left behind a 16 year old cat who lost her whole world and was very scared. I was super fortunate to find Nate to bring her to us. He was so patient with her and got her to respond to him very quickly. He left us in Northern California to head immediately out on an emergency 8 hour drive to Southern California to pick a a Rottweiler puppy who was in danger of being euthanized the next day. Just a super amazing person and I highly recommend trusting him with your pet transportation needs.

Rob was absolutely fantastic. He treated Rusty, my 4 month old goldendoodle, with grace and compassion! He flew from New York City to PHX and even with a delayed flight he was keeping me updated and making sure I was always in the loop, as well as sending me videos and keeping me updated on him the entire flight. Would recommend Rob to anyone needing to get there dog from one place to another. I’ll definitely use him again if I ever need to transport my dogs again. Rob, thank you for being great!!!

Won by Hayley's VIPaws Express LLC for $2,526.00

Shipment from Castro Valley, CA to Boston, MA

Words cannot express how grateful I am for Hayley and Nikki. I have an epileptic dog named Sky and she had to move all the way across the country from end to end. Regarding her anxious nature and skeptical of the citizen shipper service, it took me a long time to even decide on a driver. Through reading the reviews thoroughly, I came across Hayley. The booking process was super seamless and smooth, she was very responsive and addresses any questions and concerns I had. Nikki ended up being assigned for Sky’s trip due to schedule changes and I could not thank her enough. The idea of putting my dog in a stranger’s car for days really scared me especially with her medical condition. Nikki not only ensured her safety but Sky was more than happy to be with her and her sweetest son! She kept me updated throughout the trip and took her on regular potty breaks and let her stretch her legs. She gave her medications according to the schedule and informed me immediately when she had her seizure episode. She kept her safe and made sure to check in on her after her episode. For the entire trip, Nikki was not only quick and efficient but also super caring and provided all the love Sky deserved through the travels. Her kid cuddled Sky and played with her which really brought comfort to both Sky and me. She also shared her knowledge on dog food and went above and beyond with her service. Nikki, I wouldn’t be able to be with Sky right now without you. Thank you for making this happen and appreciate your service. We wish you for the best🩷
