Excellent! Two dogs, one in heat & Nate was exceptionally conscientious about updating progress and videoing every 3-4 hours. These pups owner had just passed, & they went directly into a boarding facility. Nate handled pick up and delivery and all the stops in between with compassion and flexibility. This was an operable street bike from central PA to north FL, 950 miles. TL was my second broker, as the first ran out the 5 business days w/o finding a carrier. CS relisted the bike due to this. It took TL 3 business days to get a carrier (Topgear Transportation LLC from NJ), and he picked it up that same evening. He communicated with the seller to make sure the time was good. This was a dually truck with an enclosed triple axle trailer. TL said 2 days to arrive, and they were correct. The driver communicated with me as to the arrival time and was within 30 minutes of his day prior estimate. No complaints. The bike was properly secured, and he had taken the bags and trunk off for transport. No damage to anything was found. TL did this for hundreds less than most other brokers, and used an enclosed transport. While my first experience left me skeptical as to getting this done so far under "market price", TL came through and did what they said they'd do with no added fees. I would use them again.

John was such a fantastic choice! When I posted my listing, I was bombarded with bids. John stood out immediately. From the moment of first contact, he provided great communication. He also provided ample pictures of my dog along the way. He seems to have a general connection to the animals. My tiny Maltese seemed very comfortable being transported a long distance from Florida to Virginia with John. He was right on target with delivery. His transport van is very clean and organized. I felt he was highly efficient and provided a great price for delivery. I had no issues with John as a transporter. MMM Pet Transport Lines is GREAT-FIVE STARS. Freddie is a 7 year old male Labrador Retreiver. The driver Daniel picked up Freddie on time even though Hurricane Helene was moving into Florida. Daniel managed to drive Freddie through the hurricane safely and as scheduled to California. We received pictures and updates daily of Freddie during the trip: eating, drinking water, potty breaks, and from hotels they stayed at. Freddie traveled on his bed in the back of a large SUV. I feel confident to refer others to MMM Pet Transport Lines for transporting their fur babies.

I am very happy with and grateful for this service!! Esmeralda and her husband were so great with my poor scared & traumatized 16 week old puppy who’s placement did not work out. She had reportedly been growling at the new family and wouldn’t let the man near her. Esmeralda and her husband were so good and patient with her and she seemed to quickly warm up and bonded with them on the ride home. She didn’t even want to leave them when she got back to me! Esmeralda sent me frequent text and video updates and it kept me comfortable knowing my baby was in good hands and being well cared for and loved. I am so grateful for this transport service that gave her a positive experience after her very traumatic rehoming experience that did not work out. Esmeralda was also able to bring her back quickly and she picked her up the very next day after I messaged her. While her services may be more than some other offers I received, I feel the price was well worth it for a quick and successful transport home where my puppy was so well loved! Do not book with this company they will run you around and give new excuses on why they can’t pick up the animals. They don’t respond to messages. Seems like this isn’t even a real company just a hobby for them. There are tons of other companies on the site that offer the same price or less with hundred times better customer service. Be aware. I don't even know where to begin. A major medical emergency, two hurricanes in 3 weeks and overall panic in trying to figure out how to get my dogs to their forever home. Matt stepped in quickly and gave me the assurance I needed to know the dogs would be in good hands. The communication was excellent, and with GPS, I was able to track their journey. If you have any anxiety around your fur babies being transported, you have nothing to worry about with On The Go Rescue. Whitney checked in regularly, sent photos, and even let me Facetime with my lady dogs prior to delivering them to my ex. She's a gem, would highly recommend to anyone.
