Jason is the absolute best. He updated me all the way and even sent me a short video. The pup he brought me is a 9-week-old puggle. He snuggled her and talked baby talk to her. He even clipped her toenails. We talked several times because Hurricane Helene delayed his departure and changed his route. He had a couple of other dogs coming this way. I think that held the cost down. I don't know if I'll ever need another dog shipped, but if I do, I hope I can use Jason.

I had a wonderful experience with Lisa. Since our first interaction, I could feel how much she loved dogs and enjoyed what she does. She listened to all my concerns, guaranteed me that she’d do everything exactly as I’d asked her to, and even talked to my little baby’s breeder. My chihuahua puppy weighed less than 1lb when Lisa transported her, so she understood my worries and her breeder’s worries. My puppy could have a sudden drop in sugar because of her size, so Lisa gave her something to eat every three hours. Lisa kept in touch with me during the trip, and even sent me pictures in one of their stops. My little angel arrived safe and happy, wagging her tail. Lisa was very happy when she saw me, and I was so excited! My puppy arrived clean, smelling good, her crate was clean also. She gave me the blanket the breeder sent, and a brand new toy still in its package that the breeder had sent too. She took pictures of my little angel with me, and to finalize, we gave a big hug. I will never forget this and am so grateful to her! I recommend Lisa a million times, and even the breeder was impressed with her service, and will be using her whenever she needs to transport her puppies. 5+ stars for her! Thank you, my dear Lisa!!!!

My 2-year old Pitbull gets very anxious and scared, but when she met Anton she immediately liked him which was comforting to see. O stars. This transporter was plagued with creeping delays. It started off with a flat tire on the first day of the proposed pick up date and then I was told they would get my dog the next day which would have been Sept 21st. I then got notified it would be the afternoon of the 22nd...which kept getting pushed back until I realized they would not make it until the after midnight. On the 23rd I called the booker Furry Family Rides "Mary" who told me she was just going in to court however my pick-up person "Sam" was having van troubles and her van would not go over 40mph and that there was another van enroute to take its place. I said I was not comfortable with them taking my dog after all these vehicle issues and delays. Then"Sam" wrote me and said her van was ok and she could still get my dog and that she had just overslept that morning. With all of these strange happenings I could not send my beloved pet with them. Perhaps this was a one-off freak delay and miscommunication between the two of them... I do not know. They refuse to refund my money but I would rather lose that than have alll these issues with my dog on the road with unreliable people. Good luck to them in the future.

Lisa was extraordinary! She was very responsive during the initial inquiries and accommodated my changing needs effortlessly. She was also among the most competitively priced. Based on responsiveness, reviews, pricing and background, my gut told me to choose Lisa. And boy am I glad I did! She arrived promptly at the pickup spot and was communicative with both me and the breeder during the trip. I adopted a 4 year old retired breeding dog with a lot of anxiety. The breeder was apprehensive of the arrangement at first. After meeting Lisa, she thanked me for finding such a compassionate and responsible person to transfer the dog. Upon arrival to my home over 11 hours later, Lisa was very patient while coaxing the dog out of her car and into my home. She waited about 30 minutes and helped me settle the dog, who had grown attached to her during the trip. The dog threw up twice in her car, and Lisa expressed more concern over the dog than she did about the mess in her car. I don’t think I’ve ever written such a detailed and raving review. Lisa deserves the attention. Choose Lisa. You will be very happy you did.
