I was nervous booking this company because they didn’t have any reviews. Booking this company was the best decision I made. What grab my interest to book YouConnectUs is because they are caged-free and offer free month of Prudent Pet Insurance. When I booked DeAudrey contacted me immediately and explained the process. I could tell she love animals as she told me story about her pets. She explained the different type of pet insurance I can get, even told me if I couldn’t pay on due date they work with payment plan while Ruby will still be covered. Signing up for the pet insurance was easy to do. It was joy talking to her and she put me at ease. I meet Devin who is the Pet Care Specialist who will be delivering Ruby to us. He was willing to work around my time schedule to pick up Ruby. He was so friendly and also put me at ease. They stayed in constant communication with me during the whole process and if I had any questions DeAudrey and Devin was there to answer it. I was able to track Devin during the whole transport with live GPS tracking so I knew exactly when they was going arrive. Ruby felt so comfortable and relax with him and during the transport. I can tell they care about each pet they transport and make sure they are safe and comfortable. Devin went beyond what I expected of him. I would definitely use them again, and most likely only company I would use to transport Ruby again. I recommend YouConnectUs to everyone. Prices might be higher then others, but 100% worth every dime.

🤢🤮Dee and her husband are not professional. Their car was disgusting and the crate was the small. My breeder almost didn't hand over my puppy. Where my baby arrived he was wedged under driver seat. I was told that is where he wanted to ride. I had to dig him out, he was covered in urine and had a had feces caked on his bottom. I immediately had to give him a bath. He has no problem going potty outside. While I understand that it was a long ride and he was stressed this environment made it worse. Not to mention the appearance of the couple. They were very disheveled.🤮🤢

I was very apprehensive about the long trip and chose Anton because of his vast experience. All of Anton's five star reviews are true and anyone hiring him should be very confident that he will perform as promised. He arrived on time for the pick-up in Manhattan and immediately shared the tracking and photo access details. I tracked the whole journey and happily viewed many pictures shared along the way. He took Olive's bed into the hotel room for two nights as promised. She would not have been happy in a crate. Overall it was an excellent, perfect experience for us. Anton hit unexpected bad weather in Wyoming but he navigated around it without complaint. Olive had a little separation anxiety when Anton drove away, but is now settled in and everyone is very happy! Many thanks Anton! I am extremely dissatisfied with Pet Tasker. Shawn told me he would personally transport my 2 cats and dog, that there would be a minivan with a lot of space and a large crate for the cats, that the cats would have access to a litter box, that they would stop at a hotel during which time the pets would have a chance to stretch, and that I would receive photos of the pets regularly during the transport. Instead, Shawn sent his young son to do the transport. Instead of the promised private ride for my pets, his son had his own dog in the front seat, a Labrador in the back seat, and my pets in the back. There was one crate for the 2 cats. When my cats arrived 2.5 days later, they were covered in urine and feces, the rug they were on was soaked in urine, and I found out the litter box was a tiny box that was put in the crate with the cats, along with their food and water too. They would not have had room to even stand up and walk around let alone use a litter box in this crate. There had been no stop at a hotel and there was no photo sent of the cats, only my dog. The cats were shivering and crying when I got them. Shawn’s son was shocked when he saw the cats and said he had no idea they were in this condition, And, even after knowing the condition my cats arrived in, he proceeded to send me a final balance of what I owed him, offering an insulting deduction. Please be exceptionally careful about using Pet Tasker. Shawn says he has forbidden his son to transport again, yet at the end of the day this was Shawn’s responsibility.

Geraldine and Francisco at Cosmo's Dog Sanctuary & Pet Transports are absolutely amazing. We were initially anxious about sending our dog, Captain, off with strangers, but they took the time to get to know him before the transport and It was clear he felt more comfortable right away. They were so kind and patient with him even though I’m sure he drove them crazy with all his yapping (he just gets excited really easily and has a lot to say). They were incredibly responsive to our messages and flexible with our schedule, which made the whole process so much smoother. We loved receiving daily videos and location updates, which reassured us that Captain was in great hands. They gave him plenty of food, water and potty breaks and even played fetch with him at rest stops when they were available. It made us so happy to see how well he was cared for. On top of that, Geraldine and Francisco are genuinely wonderful people, and their dedication to rescuing animals in their sanctuary is truly inspiring. We can’t recommend them enough—11/10!

TRUSTWORTHY!!! Mary was able to pick my dog up the day after I put my request up! Very reasonable price. She said they don’t overload themselves with dogs. My dog traveled only with 1 other dog which made me feel comfortable he wouldn’t be overwhelmed. COMFORT- My dog was not crate trained so I was worried he’d be stressed out during his cross-country trip if he needed to be in a crate like most shippers require. However, since he was only with 1 other dog who was crated, they allowed him to lay on his bed on the back seats the whole way. He even had “breakfast-in-bed”! UPDATES- Mary sent me plenty of messages and pictures throughout the trip. They were treating my boy so well and loved him! It made my heart so happy knowing he was in such great caring hands the whole way. ABOVE AND BEYOND- They allowed my dog to be sent with many of his things! She took his big bed, 2 bags of food, and a couple bags of toys. We were extremely grateful they were willing to take it all! They also worked really hard to get him here the morning before I left all day for class. They made it work so I could say a quick hello before I had to leave for the day! Overall I’m SO glad I went with Mary & her family. I would 100% recommend and I’d book again without hesitation!

Vivie is an almost three year old Cockapoo. She is the sweetest girl and so affectionate. But she is very shy and anxious at times around new people and new dogs. So we were worried about how we’d transport Vivie from GA to NY. She is small, but not small enough to fit under a plane seat. We scrambled for what to do. We love her so much. Our priority was her safety and comfort. A family friend told us about Citizen Shipper. We weren’t so enthused about the idea of a stranger transporting our beloved Vivie. But we really couldn’t pan out any other alternatives. I looked only at people with 5 star reviews and read each review and started chatting with folks. Sharonda was very responsive, and kind from the beginning. She stood out due to her very warm manner and her detailed bio and description. She has her own pets and has personally worked with Uber pets. Her warm manner, years of experience, reasonable prices, and responsiveness led us to book with her. She sent over a contract and we both signed. We told her a bit more about Vivie and coordinated pick up and drop off details. We were still nervous the day of the transport. However, Sharonda quickly developed rapport with us. She provided us with a GPS tracker, she sent lots of videos and pictures to us and kept us updated. As a bonus she took two cargo containers as she had room in her car. And upon drop off she delivered them right inside. As I am unable to do so. This is due to being in my third trimester of a high risk pregnancy. Upon arrival Vivie had been so comfortable she was reluctant to leave Sharonda! lol it was a welcome surprise and all the testament that we needed to know that Vivie was safe, loved, and well cared for on her trip. We would absolutely work with Sharonda again. And she’s the first person we’d recommend to anyone with fur babies in need of transportation. If you love your fur babies, and prioritize their safety, comfort and happiness, book with Swift Haul!

I appreciate how Toyamarie constantly advocated for the health of our newly adopted pup after he was showing some side effects (dry heaving, not drinking water) from his meds. She made sure to take the journey slow and to make the trip as comfortable for him as possible. I also appreciate that she does not pack multiple dogs into her car (besides her own dog) for transport. The reason why I am taking off 1 star is because communication could have been better when Elmer's symptoms first appeared, as it caused me some undue stress. At the same time, I could see that Toyamarie truly cared for Elmer, particularly when he was showing negative side effects.

There are not enough words in the English language to express how much I value Chris and his team at Dark Hearts!! Our dog, was stuck in the Coos Bay Animal shelter after being turned in by the family friend who adopted him. He spent 25 days there before we found him and arranged for Dark Hearts to pick him up for transport. Unfortunately, we quickly learned that Solar was very sick and could not travel for at least 21 days. The team at Dark Hearts are trained in animal care and jumped into action immediately! They took him to the vet, gave him meds, specially prepared food, flee bath, and loved on him like Solar is part of the family! Solar will stay with the Dark Hearts team till he is well enough to come home to Kansas. This team is not just animal transporters - they are Angels! They will now be on my Christmas card list for sure!!

My experience was nothing short of excellent! I hired Samantha to transport my mid content wolfdog from West Virginia to Colorado. The pickup went smoothly, my wolfdog hopped right into the car. I was updated every step of the way. Samantha was very attentive to Iriquois and always put his well being and safety above everything else! Even on short walks and potty breaks she ensured Iriquois was double leashed and watched vigilantly so that my skittish boy was safe and secured. The pickup and delivery time was spot on. The transport went smoothly all the way through. Even with my Iriquois having quite a bit of car sickness he was always tended to and cared for. I can't recommend enough!
