Do not let your pets go with David. I used David's services because I was in a terrible time crunch and did my dogs the most enormous disservice. I don't know if I will ever forgive myself. David will play nice until he's on the road with your pets, and then he will disappear only to pop up when it's convenient for him. He initially told me five days to get the dogs from Phoenix to Cleveland, which we agreed upon. Well, it took almost two weeks for me to get my puppies, and there were days I did not know if I'd see them again. He is not to be trusted; my dogs were not the same when they got to me. He did not care for them. Please don't make the same mistake I made—a terrible experience. My dogs are traumatized, and he could have cared less. His terrible communication got me very frustrated, and then he blocked me. I was distressed and worried about my dogs; his lack of professionalism caused my upsetting energy with him. He did not like that, and instead of reassuring me my dogs were well, he threatened not to return them. I had to have a family member intervene because he was so unprofessional and upset that I was concerned. He sent pics maybe twice during this span, which were blurry—a nightmare experience. (this was months ago, but I left it alone and tried to move on. But now that I'm looking for services again, I am on this site again and feel the need to leave a proper review.
