I had a great experience using Door to Door to ship my 2 German Shepherds from SeaTac to El Paso, Tx. Our driver Thomas was very kind and my dogs warmed up to him instantly! He was extremely helpful at the airport, as I was traveling alone with 2 XL Crates. He sent us picture updates every few hours as well as GPS updates to track their location. Great communication! Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anybody looking to use their services.

Cezary was so wonderful and communicated frequently with photos. In the middle of delivery, we had hurricane, Milton hit, so evacuation prevented immediate delivery. Cezary and Jackson became good buddies during this time! Once roads were cleared Jackson was delivered safely and overall it was such a pleasant experience! I would highly recommend The Ridiculous Rescue with Cezary anytime and confident your pet will be well cared for!

When I first started researching pet transport companies I didn’t realize how saturated the industry was. I immediately was overwhelmed trying to find someone who was professional but also wasn’t gonna pack my cats in the back with 10 other animals or worse. After doing a ton of due diligence I found Paul. I can’t speak highly enough about him. It didn’t seem like a company transporting my cats but more like an old friend doing me a huge favor. He communicated the entire trip sending videos and treated my pets as they were his own it made the entire process so less stressful. How can I rate 10 stars? A million stars! Rick was AMAZING. The communication throughout the trip was great, the way he described the travel and my pup was the best part though, he described Rocko as his son's best friend (he made the trip with him) and that when he dropped him off Rocko did not want to leave his side, that he was attached to Rick. I could not be more happy. The van was extremely clean, Rocko had a crate way bigger than he needed with fresh blankets. It was absolute perfection from beginning to end and I could not have wanted or asked for anything more.

Leann kept me updated during the trip and treated my dog very nicely. The delivery was also done in a great time span. She took him to parks a couple times during the trip, which I know some companies don’t do, so that was a plus. I was worried my dog was going to be scared but he seemed to enjoy the trip, as if he went on a mini vacation. I’m sure my dog would rate Leann a 5 as well if he could.

I can't give a proper review since my motorcycle was never picked up. This broker (per their DOT number they are a broker) tried to find a carrier/driver within my window of availability and at the price point they bid for PA to FL but could not do so. They told me no one could guarantee delivery to Florida due to the hurricanes. My area was unaffected by Milton as I'm in the north part close to Georgia. I checked relevant interstates between here and PA and they were open. A competitor alleged their bid was too low and that was why it didn't go through. Maybe, maybe not. The fact is my bike never got picked up. As this broker noted, they don't get paid if they don't pick up, so I don't see any reason to downrate them in that respect. Communication was quick and polite. Had they picked it up and had an event-free timely delivery, this would be a 5 star review. Given the totality of the circumstances, I'm giving them 4 of 5. I would use them again if circumstances were different.

There are truly not enough wonderful things I can say about this driver. My sweet girl had to travel from Baltimore to Sacramento, I was scared and nervous, but the minute Danil pulled up all my fears evaporated. My dog was instantly enamored with him and he went out of his way to get to know her. She very willingly hopped in the transport and off they went. I received numerous pictures though it the day of her many adventures, and she arrived safe and sound. Really happy we landed on Chris and the Dark Hearts Animal team. The set up in his vehicle was great and you could tell he really cares about his animal co pilots! Our dog, Cashew’s thousand plus mile journey was thoroughly documented so we always knew exactly where he was and how he was doing.
