JoJo went above and beyond for our family. She provided door-to-door service, was flexible with PU/DO times, texted hourly along with photos, and provided the best possible transport along with a bunch of gifts and goodies for our cat. JoJo is the absolute best hands down! She loved Brooklyn and Brooklyn loved her. She was in constant communication with me so I never worried. She sent me pictures, dropped her location, and even sent voice memos. She bought gifts and treats to make Brooklyn comfortable and treated her like a princess. She was early for pick up and flexible with drop off. I can’t say enough about how wonderful JoJo is. She cared about Brooklyn and checked in to make sure my travel was going well too. She’s absolutely amazing! If we move again we will definitely have JoJo again! She was the easiest part of the move.

I cannot say enough about JoJo! From the start she was professional kind and walked me through her whole process. During transport she kept me updated with texts, map pins, and pics. Just by the way she talks you can tell how compassionate and loving she has for animals and on top of it all she is CLEAN!! Even my breeder expressed how impressed he was with JoJo from day one! I hired Jojo to transport my senior cat Rue for a long-distance move. She was a true professional, she was extremely kind, and she sent detailed updates with photos multiple times per day. Rue was a difficult customer, as she was old and grouchy, but Jojo handled her with such understanding and compassion. I would definitely hire her again.

The best experience one can have when having to trust someone with your dog. We could not fly our dog on the day we needed and miraculously found Jojo through citizenshipper. She took care of it all like a real pro, we were fully reassured that our pet was in good hands the very moment we met Jojo. JoJo did an awesome job transporting our 70 lb. goldendoodle from Ohio to San Diego. She kept us in the loop the entire way with messages and pictures. When it was time to pick up our dog, he was very happy and well cared for. This was definitely the easiest part of our move.
