Christine was AMAZING! She was literally a lifesaver for me. I found out I needed to transport my dog back home after I completed a military commitment and I needed to do it ASAP. I had never used CitizenShipper before and was nervous, I had no idea how it all worked. She talked me through the whole process and was extremely patient. She was understanding through some delays in working with his foster family for pick-up. She kept me up to date on his progress and how he was doing. I was beyond greatful when he arrived happy and healthy. He's a very anxious 85lb dog and Christine was not the least bit fazed. I would use her again in a heartbeat, in fact I would try to work my plans just to make sure she could transport if I needed to do this again. Oh and the best part, she was one of the most affordable offers I received!

Christine is truly amazing. She went through snow and wind to get Jack to me in 3 days. He was spoiled the whole trip and so comfortable with her when he arrived. I would absolutely use her and trust her with any pet being driven across the country. Just a very special person. She has also stayed in touch and checked in on sweet Jack since she dropped him off. We are so grateful for her!

We had 2 puppies travel from Phoenix, AZ, to East Moline, IL. Which was quite a trip. We got video and photos when asked and the babies always seemed clean, well kept, well fed, played with, loved on, etc. When she got to drop off the crate was immaculate- hard to do with 2 8 week olds! I could tell she really loved the pups as well as the other sweet dog on board. We had one minor miscommunication around pickup date and it was resolved professionally, quickly, and without incident! Can't ask for anything better. We will absolutely consider using Christine in the future.
