When I say, one of the sweetest couples, prioritized my dog’s health, and took care of my mini golden doodle. I trust them more than ever now. Wow! What a pleasure for my THREE dogs to be safely transported by Matt from NY to Fl! I was more anxious than my 3 dogs were! They felt right at home and comfortable on their trip I am amazed at the care and loving Matt gave my 3 dogs! His videos and constant communication through their trip was so awesome and put my mind at ease! When they were dropped off...they were running back to the gate to see Matt and wanted to stay with him. As I said, this was their 1st long distance trip as well as their 1st time without me---I was so worried but they latched onto the guys that I was relieved. My little one, Jill, know has a new boyfriend! LOL Then having Matt ask for a video of them in their new home was unexpected but proves how much he cared for my babies! Please please use Matt! We are very pleased with Sean shipping our boat. This boat was given to us as a wedding gift and has been in the family since it was new in 1988. Sean kept us updated through the entire process and stayed on schedule. He even took to the time to repair a broken wire on the lights to ensure a safe transportation. He also had a tire hub failure and Sean was able to work around it to complete the trip. He provided us with pre-trip prep to help with the safety and reliability of the trip. She wanted to ensure that he didn’t catch any parasites or diseases being so young that she allowed him to use puppy pads in her car. That to me was above and beyond. Great! from start to finish. I was able to book this and make payments online in a few minutes. All my questions were answered online by a real person, who also sent me his phone number if I needed to call. I needed this boat picked up in two days and they made it happen. In three days I had my boat transported 450 miles to the front door on my home. During the entire process, including on weekends I always had a way to communicate with the company . The fees were very reasonable as well. The driver was wonderful. After driving almost seven hours, he helped me put the boat where I needed, and helped me unload all the accessories. State by State is a great company for your transportation needs and I certainly recommend them. Ed Hubard Tallahassee, Florida.

I wish I could give these peoples zero stars!!! Not only did they greatly inconvenience me by calling last second and wanting to pick up my dogs same day instead of two days away like we have booked on the website Because apparently they had another pick up that they had to do a few states away and they wanted to get mine done first and have time to relax before they did the other one on our agreed-upon date, but they drove all the way to pick up my dogs, Sent me a video of them in their car , and then 30 minutes later, they decided that they didn’t wanna make the drive to the agreed-upon destination that night so then they dropped my dogs back off from where they picked them up And told me that if I wanted them to still go and pick the dogs back up and deliver them to our agreed-upon destination later in the week that I would have to pay them more money. Meanwhile, I already paid the $118 to Citizen Shipper for the booking fee. This has been extremely traumatic to me, My dogs, But the pick up and drop off locations as well. I can’t begin to stress the amount of sick I’ve been on not only how am I now going to transport my dogs but how am I going to get a refund from the website for the booking fee? Save your money, your time, your worries and your furbabies safety and NEVER GO TO THESE PEOPLE.

Absolutely amazing! We appreciated our driver so much. He was very kind and caring towards our dog that was a new rescue straight from a shelter. He kept in close contact with us throughout the trip and went through some awful weather. We did not have to worry at all despite the stressful situation because he was very open and helpful with messages, voice memos and photos. Donna deserves more than a 5 star rating . On Thursday I posted I needed a transport from Houston to Dallas for Friday or Saturday . Donna contacted me around 7pm and she was ready to transport as early as Friday at 8am. Prior to transport, we communicated . On the day of she communicated every step of the way as well as sent pictures and allowed me to track her google maps. Upon arrival she helped me unload the dog, put it in my car. She was pleasant and I really enjoyed working with her. I was hesitant bc you never know what people are going to do, but I am glad I chose her. I highly recommend Donna and I would absolutely use her again!

Nightmare Experience with JET Transport Service LLC. I hired Josh to transport my dog, but the entire process was a complete disaster. The initial pick-up date was set for the 9th or 10th of this month. However, due to Josh's continuous delays, the pick-up date was pushed back to the 11th, then the 12th, and finally the 13th. After voicing my frustration with these repeated delays, Josh decided to drop me altogether, leaving me in a lurch. These delays caused me significant inconvenience and additional expenses. I had to purchase a new plane ticket for $600, and I was 12 hours late for my car rental in Los Angeles, resulting in an extra $200 charge. Additionally, I had to pay $100 to board my dog to avoid further delays in my travel. Josh's unprofessional behavior and lack of reliability have caused me immense stress and financial burden. I strongly advise anyone considering using JET Transport Service LLC to think twice. Their service is unreliable, and their customer service is non-existent.
