I cannot speak highly enough of Jerry and our experience with GH Pet Transport. He was responsive in communication, clear, and thorough. As we were trying to align the puppy drop off from Kentucky to dallas as a surprise for my husband, he kindly reworked his original departure date to accommodate us, when he was under no obligation to do so. Our puppy was happy, clean, and well cared for when he dropped her off.
