Eternanda was exceptional! She took care of my Cooper from beginning to end. She kept me informed through the entire trip, even sending pictures to ease my mind. I have never needed a service such as this before, so I was very nervous and Eternanda saw that and made sure she let me know how Cooper was doing, where they were and every process they were going through. Her attention to detail and making sure Cooper was comfortable was evident in everything she did. I would recommend Pet Journey Club and Eternanda to anyone who needs to transport their fur baby!

Eternanda was amazing! She transferred our 5 pets from Idaho to Arizona. She was in constant communication with us and even sent videos of the animals. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone that has beloved pets.

I’m so happy I chose pet journey club for my sweet Rosie’s transport. Rosie is a rescue that was pregnant and set to be euthanized. The team was not only able to help me get her released from the facility she was held at but they drove her all the way across the country. Not to mention they DELIVERED the puppies when Rosie went into labor in the Arizona desert. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company and would choose them again in a heartbeat if ever needed.

The young woman who transported the cats was fantastic! Communication was top notch and she cared for the animals and comforted them throughout the trip. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs to relocate a pet.

Eternanda was great! Easy to communicate with, very prompt, reliable, and honest. She kept us informed along the whole journey with videos, detailed text updates, and pictures. She offered to face time when she met with the breeder to pick up the puppy at the airport but my wi-fi wasn’t up to par so she called and confirmed with me instead. In my interactions with her, I can tell she’s a definite animal lover that enjoys animals and treats them second to none! She is diligent in her work as exemplified when she texted that when she took my new puppy to the bathroom, she sanitized the area first! I would definitely recommend her! Thank you so much for your caring attitude and positive ways while transporting Django, the 8 week old Akita, from North Carolina all the way to San Francisco!
