There's not enough stars to give a service that is this excellent. Our dogs are not interested in being nice to anyone other than their immediate family. They are used to being on their farm and they don't think they should have to leave it. My husband and I had with our son to move from olympic peninsula of Washington state to Southern Alabama. We flew. We contacted Aand M pet transports ANTON , he agreed to take our Toyota highlander with great pyrenees (Harvey) and Miniature australian shepherd (Shayera) over 2800 miles. NO, WE COULD not fathom this. Not would you if you love your pets. Anton is beautiful. I asked and interrupted and said huh? Huh? What? I kept asking begging for help. He did he said," don't worry" (easy for you to say I thought) but he has a relaxed,gentle, smile that says you can trust him. He says" thank you for your trust". He knows what we're going through. He's seen it every day with every anxious pet owner over 560 times over. "Don't worry " as I shook so hard I could not complete a thought. We got on a plane. He then had to cope with our unrelenting 'homework bound ' pets. They tried to chew through his help in more ways than two. They were not going to have anything to do with riding in that car quietly across country. He kept us informed constantly and continuously as he made a trek across all those miles in 72 hours. He doesn't look like it when he arrives, he looks like he's just walked out of the spa. How do we get the word out there that this miracle he performs is possible in their current complicated life that's in need of safe, gentle pet transport management needs. People need to know Anton can do it. Don't put your trust in anyone but Anton. You'll be glad you did. Once you have your sweet pets in your arms again, you'll know why you took the chance. You must book with Anton. You will be so blessed.

I got my 40 lb boxer mix transported from TN to CA through Hayley. It was a seamless experience end-to-end. She was on time, very communicative before and during pick up. I have to say that Rick is awesome if your planing on flighting or move your dog, I flight my french bulldog from Hawaii to Iowa and not problem at all. Good communication no issues no nothing. Keep in mind that French bulldogs cannot flight in most airlines he found his way to flight and drive to iowa. I couldn’t be more grateful to Rick. Important part…. No like others in this app that tell you a price and after you agree tells you, that you need to pay additional mostly because they don’t really know what they are doing. Rick tells you a price and done, no hidden fees. Highly recommended

Needed transport of our dog from California to Ohio last minute with only 2 days notice. They came to my daughters doorstep to pick the dog up. Took my money and didn’t show up. On July 24th I booked a trip with Keya of the Zoo Crew and sent over half of the fee via PayPal. We had a very friendly back and forth conversation via text message and email for three days, and she sounded like someone who loves animals and would take good care of them. We agreed that my dogs would be picked up from a pet foster between 1 and 2 pm on July 28th. She didn't show up and didn't contact me or the foster for several hours. At 4 pm she texted that she hadn't left home yet due to a rainstorm and would try to arrive that evening. The arrival time was finally revised to 6 am the next morning, and she assured us that she would be there. By 8:30 am she still hadn't arrived, and we had no word from her. Later that afternoon I finally found an email from CitizenShipper in my spam email folder. She had canceled the trip via CitizenShipper at 6 am due to a family emergency. She emailed me later that day saying that she had refunded my money via PayPal and wanted to make sure I received it. I texted and emailed her the following day to express my condolences for her family emergency and to let her know that the refund had not shown up in my PayPal account. Three weeks later, she still has not responded, either by text or email or through the CitizenShipper portal. I filed a dispute with PayPal and the deposit was finally credited back to my credit card on August 10. I realize that bad stuff happens sometimes and maybe a person might be too upset to make a phone call, but a text message or email would have gone a long way toward preventing a negative review.
