If I could give 10 stars, I would. Sugar’s Fur Babies Express/Maria Sugarman knocked it outta the ballpark. She communicated frequently, sent pics frequently, and shared idiosyncrasies about our dog that only a dog's owner would care about. She had our dog's number within 24 hours!😂!! We came to love Maria because she took incredible care of our 11 year old Frenchie (including daily meds). I wouldn't look anywhere else. Maria is the very best this industry can offer. Maria was AMAZING. Such a nice, professional lady who just recently drove my new puppy from Mississippi to Texas. She sent me regular updates with pictures to let me know how things were going. Maria was so wonderful. She is very outgoing and made me feel at easy the whole three day trip. She drove my cat half way across the country and my cat was not anxious or meowing the whole trip! Idk how she did it but she worked wonders in making my little baby feel as comfortable as she could. I will most certainly be reaching out to her again next PCS.

Maria was kind, on time, and extremely communicative. She provided toys and was able to quickly learn and anticipate my dog’s needs! She delivered my little guy ahead of schedule and kept both me and the receiving person in the loop as to where they were as often as possible! Plus, the pictures she sent of my dog were adorable.
