I would like to give 5 stars for the service I had received. Abdiulah delivered my dog from Brooklyn NY to Atlanta. GA. I am excited that despite this big distance (873 miles) he took great care of my dog. When they arrived in the city the dog was in excellent shape, very active, it wasn't trusty or hungry. During all the way to Atlanta he did update me where they are, sent me pictures of the dog, fed him and walked him during their rest times. My dog made it safely, however, I didn't receive a single update on my dog through the trip. I was notified of their arrival to the pick up and drop off locations through my own sources, and never notified by the drivers. I only got one text from the driver the morning of that said they were 10 mins away about 25 mins before they arrived.

This was the first time I have used a transporter to deliver a pet purchase . So naturally I was a little nervous. Chamarie answered all my questions with knowledge and grace. I am sure she gets a lot of the same questions from every client. I liked dealing with someone so kind and understanding. She advised me as how the whole process works and told me things that I didn’t even know to ask. She prefers to transport one animal at a time which gives the animal her full attention. I had a different quote tell me that they would add my puppy to their route and it would take 24 hours to deliver. I didn’t want my puppy in a kennel for 24 hours! Chamarie picked up my puppy and drove straight to me in less than five hours. Plus, my puppy was never even put in a kennel, her daughter held her in her lap the entire trip. Which made me so happy! Even though Chamarie was not the “cheapest “ bid , I chose her and I am so glad I did. She even shared her location on her cellphone so I could watch their progress. I would highly recommend CHASING MY TAIL transport service if you are ever in need. It was such a relief to not have to spend my entire day transporting my puppy. 💖

JoJo is the absolute best hands down! She loved Brooklyn and Brooklyn loved her. She was in constant communication with me so I never worried. She sent me pictures, dropped her location, and even sent voice memos. She bought gifts and treats to make Brooklyn comfortable and treated her like a princess. I had a pet transported from Prescott Valley, AZ to Alexandria Bay, New York, well over 2000 miles. They were absolutely amazing the entire time. They over communicated, making sure we stayed up to date on when he had eaten, every time they had stopped to use the bathroom, when they stopped and started for the day, absolutely everything. They not only met but beyond exceeded any and all expectations we had. It was our first time having an animal transported, and they made it an amazing experience. If we ever have to have another animal transported, I know they will be my first call! Thank you guys for everything. Jerry did great picking up our dog and driving her from Southwest Texas to Colorado. He uses a system that automatically sends texts periodically throughout the day and night to notify you of their ETA (it doesnt factor in stops so you need to factor that in yourself). I was able to do Paypal transfers for the payment, which gave me some piece of mind in case anything went wrong. But everything went very smooth. Jerry called me and sent me a picture of our dog during the trip which was very nice too. I would recommend Jerry if you are needing a pet transported.

Such an amazing and easy experience. I am usually very anxious when it comes to the well being of my dogs but imperial was amazing. Using Heather's services for our dog's voyage was a great experience. Javin, our driver, was wonderful with our dog, he picked her up from LAX airport after a 15 hours flight and a short delay, with no trouble. They had a long ride coming home to Austin TX, but Javin made this ride quickly and safely, and as pleasant as possible for our dog. He kept us posted with the breaks and strolls they took and she was in great shape when they finally got here. We are so grateful and can't recommend them enough. We will definitely use them again.

It brings me to happy tears to write this review. Tee is absolutely an angel. He took my daughters cat 13.5 hours to a home so she wouldn't get evicted from her rental. He did this in one day and took the job the next day. He is affordable and stopped and let the kitten roam the car. He shared his location and took videos and pictures. He has a big crate so she can roam while driving and she even used the litter box on the road trip and ate! I would use Tee again in an instant! Also he did this trip with just the kitten, no other pets. Absolutely amazing man, kind and animal whisper. We were so blessed to find Tee. Please use him as your pet will be in the best hands.

If I could give 10 stars I would. T & T made the transportation of our 3 dogs from CA to FL very easy. They provided daily updates on how the dogs were doing as well as arrival times and where they were spending the night. Daniel is very friendly and helpful. My dog is a Cane Corso, he is not friendly with strangers when first met. But Daniel know how to get along with dogs and he is professional.
