They were attentive with our cats. They gave us updates via group text with my boyfriend and I every 4 to 5 hours. Updates such as "cats are fed and relaxing". They were understanding during the pickup when I was a little late with the hand-off when i had to handle the cats and also with the drop off when my boyfriend was running late due to traffic. They were super friendly with us through the entire process. If we ever have to do a long pet transport again, I'll definitely rely on them to handle the job. Throughout the transport that was 5 days long I was told my dog was doing well and everything was going smoothly.3 hours before my dog was going to be dropped off I was asked to pay the remainder of the job fee in cash, despite paying by their business link for the first half. Only to be informed after I gave the driver the cash that my dog had a wound on her back side. And that the driver “didn’t know how it happened “ because he put a dog bed in the kennel with her and that she was having appetite issues the entire trip. The driver stated my dog “ probably wanted wet food” I understand that things happen but the least that could have been done is informing me my dog was injured in their care WHEN it happened, not when she is being brought back and not telling me everything is fine when my dog was clearly injured in their care. Those issues are enough for me to say that if you care about your pet and do not want an unexpected vet bill you shouldn’t book this company.

She did say she was only in there for 1 minute… She opened the front door and the rear hatch on her vehicle and he escaped and ran off !! To date he is still missing! She did give me the $100 back. I let her keep $40 because she drove him here and she drove me around to look for him. She also searched for him on foot as well. I would not use her again.

He was very conscientious replying to every question, addressing every concern and easing my anxiety as this was the first time I have used a pet transport company. I didn’t want the 9 week old pup to be in the backseat or even the trunk area and he assured me that our small cargo would be in a crate right next to him in the front seat!
