I have never been one to consider pet transportation, whether it be on the ground or in the air- as I am a bit of a “paranoid pet mother”, & trusting strangers especially regarding animals can potentially be a risk. Let me just say that from start to finish of this process, Susanne has been an absolute ANGEL, and honestly immediately felt like part of the family as if I had known her for years. She answered every single question I had with knowledge and clear experience (and there were PLENTY of them). She made sure I felt 100% comfortable every step of the way and I could not be more grateful for her. Upon arriving at pick up, I was immediately receiving pictures and videos the entire way through… From making sure the puppy was comfortable getting into his travel tent, to making sure he was cared for, given water, food, puppy breaks, the works!! She had the puppy's best interest as a priority the entire way through. (She also has quite the cute copilot, Julius, who I’m sure also brings a calming factor to the party as well as good company!) Whitney transported my chinchilla, Cecil, from NC to CA a year ago (forgot to leave a review). I was nervous to pick someone since chinchillas are sensitive exotic rodents, but I did not regret my decision. I was shocked at how fast she got him across the country and she sent updates and pictures of my boy the whole way there. When there was an issue with his water bottle, she contacted me immediately. When her ETA changed due to a storm, she contacted us immediately for that as well. She even transported his cage for me, saving me from having to send a very heavy and expensive package through the mail. If I ever need another pet transported, I know who I'm contacting first.

I’m adding an extra star for Courtney. I was super stressed for weeks thinking about how to get our tiny Bolognese “Livvy” from STL to Florida. Our pup has separation anxiety as well as a fear of traveling. Courtney and her son Zach picked her up at my house in Saint Louis on Saturday at exactly the time she said and 24 hours, and 1150 miles later, dropped her off at our address in Port Charlotte, Florida. She kept me and our pup at a minimum stress level. I can’t emphasize what an amazing job she did. Her bid was more than reasonable, she communicates faster than anyone else, and she’s super professional and has a genuine connection with animals. If she gives you a bid, book her quick!!!

Having Uli as your pet's transport is like having your most trusted friend transport your pet. We took a chance on a shipper with no reveiws, and from the moment we reached out, Uli put our mind at ease. She set up a video chat, offered to let the breeder meet her beforehand if needed, and answered all of our questions...and there were a lot!! ..with patience and grace. The experience would take a turn none of us expected, and Uli literally saved the day. She went out of her way to pick up our sweet pup, when the breeder refused to cooperate, meet at the agreed place, and was overall a nightmare to work with. While I will never go to that breeder again, I will use Uli for as long as she is willing to transport. She drove out her way, she put herself in the crossfire of the breeder's insolence, and still, she did not give up on us or my puppy. She had every reason to just forget it and refuse to continue, but she didn't and I am forever grateful!! I was more nervous than my wedding night but Uli kept in contact every step of the trip.. She even changed to a direct flight to save the puppy the travel time. She did not ask for anything more in return, and I cannot express how incredibly thankful we are for her. SHOULD NOT EVER TOUCH THESE PEOPLE NOT EVEN 1 STAR!!!! I get told for 4 days that the travels are PERFECT! Cats are happy eating, NO problem at all!!! (Full message and picture history available) On delivery I get cats delivered in their own facies and urine. Wet, scared and unacceptable. Get told then my cat scratched him and would not let him do anything...... but I get told perfect transit? The driver is then caught complaining in a restaurant about me and my cats. Then threaten to kill my husband because he heard him, and my husband took a picture of his number plate and he got busted. I have any and all pictures and messages as proof. Please reach out!!

Miranda with MRL Transport is a true professional who gave our 16-week puppy VIP treatment throughout their 8+ hour journey to us. She checked-in the day before - confirming details - and continued to check-in after pick-up from the breeder had been confirmed. She knew just the right amount of times to check-in and give an update on their ETA or to simply send an adorable picture of our puppy safe and cozy in his own kennel. I encouraged our breeder to save her contact info for future pickup and delivery needs. I have never experienced buying a puppy from another state nor paying for a "shipping" or "traveler" service, but Miranda was able to abate any initial anxiety I had. She picked the puppy up early a.m. (6:30) in order to deliver our puppy the same day even though she had a 4 hour drive to the breeder's from another time zone! I couldn't have asked for better service! I highly recommend Miranda!

Kim did a good job at taking care of both pups. The reason I took off a star is because prior to pick up I expressed I have two 32” kennels for them to ride in and 2 38-40lbs dogs. She placed a bid and told me that’ll work, however at pick up the dogs couldn’t fit in their kennels in the car because it was a Honda Civic, and her trunk was full at pick up so one of the kennels had to be folded down in the back seat with the dogs, making them have even less space and of course both not in their kennels. She did take care of them and they did arrive safely and on time, however I would’ve booked a different driver with a larger vehicle if there was transparency during this transaction and then not worry the entire time about the possibility of them getting hurt or running out. She did discount the total due to the misinformation. Like I said they arrived safely.

We purchased a pup and needed transportation from Houston area to Wisconsin. The morning of pickup we ended up getting two. He was so kind and brought both. I can’t say enough about how well he took care of these pups and kept in contact with me through the whole trip!! He was professional and kind and you can’t ask for more then that!!
