I was very happy with this service and loved the constant updates and GPS location I received and had no concerns at all as my dog was being moved. The crate my 7-year-old Lab mix dog was placed in was quite large and I was fortunate he'd been taken out for multiple toilet breaks and pit stops during the journey. I truly appreciate the care given to my dog and the concerns that were raised during the travel about his eating behavior, as on the first day he didn't eat any food, but later started to. I was provided with honest and reassuring updates, especially on his meals and behavior. I would recommend this service to anyone in need of moving their dog across the country. My dog was completely healthy and fit after a long 4-day journey from New Jersey to California (San Jose).

Overall this went very smoothly and delivery was speedy. I would use ADL again. One small issue was the notification as to when the bike would be dropped off. It was on a Saturday and I was only given three hours notice, this was not ideal as I was away from home. Thankfully the driver was able to wait and I received the bike later in the day.

What an amazing experience, both for the owner and dogs. I'm pretty sure my dogs preferred their transport from Los Angeles to San Antonio, than when we road tripped to Cali from Texas as a family. They dropped the back seats in an SUV so the boys had so much room to lay out. As an owner, I had a lot of anxiety about shipping the dogs but this was such an easy process. They were so flexible with pickup dates as we unexpectedly had to pick up a week earlier than our initially agreed on date (we are a military family and PCS moves are so late minute it seems). They were so communicative the whole trip and sent some really good photos. I dont plan to move again in my dogs lifetime (knock on wood), but if I did, I definitely would use Ashlyn and Artemis Ark again!

I immediately felt extremely comfortable with booking their services after talking with Jen. She is personable, extremely kind, and great at communicating and keeping you updated. She eased so much of my anxiety and sent me photos/videos daily of my pup. Being able to use their tracking services helped a lot too so I could actually see where my pup was on her route to me. They took wonderful care of a support animal that my wife and I got to train for her brother who had lost his support dog 2 years prior.
